Clean comfortable and good central location. Is fairly noisy late night due to being above bars and restaurants. Good breakfast.

Although the place is located in the very center of the Old Town and in the evening you can hear music coming from the sublime bars, it is an ideal location to both visit Chania and get to further places. Breakfast served in the main hotel about 100 meters away was sufficient and the staff was able to take care of every issue, from a faulty tap to arranging a car rental from one day to the next. I definitely recommend it :)

Rooms were neat, but it's a chain with rooms spread all over the city. For example, we had to have breakfast and check in at another location. In addition, this room was right above a cafe, which played loud music until 02:00 at night. The room itself was very neat.

At first, we stayed here for three nights, but we loved the place so much so we extended our stay for one more night. The location in the old town is great, everything is near. The room is amazing, clean and very spacious, with a huge balcony looking over the awesome pedestrian area. Wifi was great. One notice to people with a car, you can park for free around 10 minutes from hotel, just across a street from Parking Plaza, there is road that goes a bit downwards bellow a fortress. A lot of free parking space.

I was very pleased with my stay here for 6 nights. I arrived late at night so the hotel reception was a little tricky to find, and I was nervous since all the shops were closed and the streets were kind of empty but actually the neighborhood is entirely safe and right in the middle of all the action. I loved having everything right at my doorstep - restaurants, shopping, the old town center. The room was clean and actually much larger than I expected. Good wifi, powerful air conditioner, comfortable bed. Overall I had a great stay and highly recommend for anyone watching their budget but wanting to be in the heart of everything.

We arrived here for 3 nights and booked a deluxe room with four poster bed and jacuzzi. First impressions are not good - you arrive at a hotel with no reception so have to head up to a different one to get the key. Grubby mat as we opened the door and filthy floors as we walked up to room. Dirty bathroom floor, only one chair on the balcony and we were told that as a welcome gesture we had 2 coffee pods ( if you want more you have to pay for more ). Comfortable bed, clean linen, nice towels. Hanging rail too high for me to use in wardrobe and fridge could not be opened as it hits off the bottom of the wardrobe.. Door to balcony scratches along the floor and the jacuzzi instructions were poor and it drains very slowly.. Overall we were underwhelmed and hope that their other hotels in town would offer a more enjoyable stay.

I booked to Elia Potie in Chania and I called the day before to ask for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel (the hotel offered this service). I asked for the driver to have a POS so I pay with a credit card. A driver came at the airport, he was nice but did not have POS because nobody from the hotel informed him about it. Thus, I had to walk with him around the city to a taxi place where his partner had the POS to pay. At the hotel and during my check in I was informed that my breakfast will not be served at my hotel but in another hotel 300 meters away. I complained because this was not written in the description of the room/hotel. Then, I had to walk with my suitcase to the hotel I booked (the check in was at the hotel where breakfast was served). When I arrived I found out that there is no elevator and I had to carry my luggage upstairs which was not possible because I broke my hand a few months ago (see pictures). I called the reception of the hotel and they told me that they do not offer groom service. I went to the room and left the suitcase downstairs. I informed the reception that either they should arrange so the suitcase is carried to my room or offer me a free cancellation. Moreover the room had a bad smell...I do not know if it is humidity or the smell from the bathroom... I also asked for a room change afterwards. The manager refused through the receptionist to offer me a free cancellation or change me room. The only thing the reception did was to send a person to carry my suitcase to my room afte two hours. Moreover, the room is above a bar and there is music playing until one a.m. Terrible experience, I do not recommend this hotel chain to anyone. The management is UNPROFESSIONAL and offer NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Of course I informed ********** immediately and they were trying to find the manager but he/she was hiding!

Cosy little B&B without breakfast. This has to be taken in a hotel of the same chain about 100m away. Very centrally located in the old town, 5 minutes to the bus station, 3 minutes to the ancient harbor, extremely ideal for tourists on foot. A bit noisy in the evenings because of the numerous bars in the street. No view, just the facade of the neighboring building. Spacious room, WiFi & TV tiptop, laundry service.
