Elia Bettolo Hotel

Ideally located in the city centre. Very clean room, everything was spotless. Staff were nice and breakfast was ok.

This hotel reminded me of some of the IBIS hotels I stayed in years ago. Very small reception desk. At bottom of stairs. Room at the side of hotel with very little view of City. Narrow street selling leather goods etc outside the window which can get noisy late at night early morning. Room was functional and clean. Very nice bathroom. Breakfast standard fare, staff in restaurant very friendly. For very short stay it’s ok. Any longer than 3 days not good in my view. It was very expensive for what we got. Not great value. Very impersonal hotel. Nice staff

Elia hotels was conveniently located, the breakfast was delightful, beautiful decor, an elevator, and the staff were very professional. Nikos walked me to me taxi pick up to help me with my luggage. What a star.

Great hotel with a very good location. Short walking distance to harbor & city center. As far as customer service comes along, I was very impressed and actually didn’t expect the 10/10 service that was provided. From arranging shuttle service to the problem solving of a small issue we were having with our room and even the ombrellas provided at the entrance for their guests. The rooms were nice with plugs by the bed which is a plus as well as a coffee machine and a mini fridge as well. Overall, deffinitely would be staying here again.

Great location. Superior Room on top floor with balcony but unfortunately the balcony was in the hot sun ALL day making it unusable. We stayed 9 nights, so we did think that perhaps they could have given us one of the other rooms with a more usable balcony but apparently not. Also, they gave us 2 beds which we thought was odd. There was no mention of bed configuration when we booked and I assumed 1 bed. We did see other rooms with 1 bed, so I figure they just gave us the dud room. Not happy as it wasn’t cheap. The room was well furnished but not overly practical. The safe was a shocker. We couldn’t get the safe to work (even after we spoke with the staff) with a keycode so we had to rely on the key (so old fashioned). Shower water pressure not great. Included breakfast was lovely, lots of options and quality very good. Sitting out on the breakfast balcony (with shelter from the sun) was a great location to see everything in the street. Value for money? Not sure. Would I stay again? Possibly, but there are other cheaper places nearby that also ‘look’ good.
