The hotel is clean and comfortable. Reasonably quiet. A good breakfast is provided (included in the price). The location is a short walk from the Old Town / Harbour. The only issue I had was trying to find somewhere to park (not the Hotel's fault) - I succeeded in the end but had to drive around a bit.

Overall the hotel was okay but the cleaner stole our presents. We had birthday presents with us. When we opened the presents some of the products were stolen. The cleaner was super sneaky, she opened the presents, stole just some the stuff and closed them so we wouldn’t notice it. Be careful!

The hotel is extremely well situated just two blocks from the gates of busy Old Town. No problem from the traffic of noise. Staff is friendly and helpful, they have a "can do" -attitude. Plentiful breakfast was included in room price. The beds are good and I slept well. The room style was a bit dated, but it was clean, neat and had everything necessesary, also a small fridge. The bed was very good. Bathroom had a shower, quite small but worked well. The balcony was nice to sit and look at the city life. In all the hotel was well taken care of. I stayed in Nefeli for one night and the stay exceeded my expectations. I would go again.

Thank you again for a wonderful stay at your hotel in May (2023). The room on the last floor with the rooftop terrace was very comfortable and clean and we had a nice view of the city, the mountains and the sea. What's more, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel is also reasonably priced and very conveniently located. It is outside the old town, so it is relatively easy to park your car close to the hotel and yet it is only a few minutes away on foot from the old town.

very good hotel near the city center the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good the room was very clean but the bath was quite small the bed was good and i had a nice sleep the parking is little difficult

The amazing receptionist received us late in the evening, took care of us and gave us a good feeling. His name is John and he is a charming and funny person, the room is beautiful and very satisfactory compared to the other expensive and unjustified prices in the city. Very close to the port and the main street. Highly recommended (this is the hotel with the biggest balcony where we slept)

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Happy with my room which was very clean. Unfortunately my stay ended badly. The penultimate day, I came back to my room at half past twelve to change because I was so cold. The room had not yet been made up. I placed the purchases made in the morning, around ten T-shirts, on the bed. When I came back in the evening, I had the impression that they had disappeared. The next morning, I searched the room several times. I didn't find them. I went to reception to warn them. The person was very surprised. I don't think she believed me. He called the cleaning lady who denied it. I insisted at reception. He told me he was going to contact her again. When I returned around 1:30 p.m. It was negative again. It's not pleasant enough to be robbed without your room, but it's even less pleasant when the person at the reception and the guide don't believe you. So be careful. Don't leave your belongings lying around.
