Very friendly staf. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast buffet was good, served in the restaurant below the hotel which also was a fine place for dinner. Easy to park the car on the street attached to the hotel and close to the electric bus to the city centre.

Stayed here for two nights, all in all it was a good experience. The plus side was location, close to beaches. Room was clean and a very big bed which was comfortable. I had a semi partial sea view, which was like. The swimming pool and jacuzzis was too cold to use due to the weather not being that great. Only reason it doesn’t get 5* is the banging of doors from others staying at the hotel. Maybe the owners could think of a way ok how to improve this, because other than that it was great.

Our stay in Chania was memorable. The staff at the hotel was very kind and helpful. We made the most of the location (a few minutes from the beach and close enough to town whilst very quiet). The hotel was very clean and breakfast was delicious!

A comfortable, clean hotel, reasonably priced, with panoramic sea views. The location was within walking distance of Chania's Venetian port, close to the beach, and in a quiet area. The staff were friendly and the hotel restaurant particularly noteworthy. Breakfasts were good, with a wide range of choice, while evening meals were superb.

I have just returned from the most wonderful 5-day stay at the Alexis Hotel with my mum. It is the loveliest family run hotel - the staff are all so welcoming and helpful, the facilities are excellent and the rooms comfortable and very clean. We had a side sea view balcony room which was perfect, with a wonderful view. The breakfast is also excellent - a large variety and a couple of different local foods each day. Although out of town, the location was great - you could walk into town in about 30 minutes, but we caught the bus which was very easy, frequent and inexpensive. It's also a short walk to a lovely beach with cafes etc. All in all, just perfect - would 100% recommend and we would love to come back!

The Hotel is beautiful. The location is close to the beach and it is a nice walk to the town. The rooms are clean, very much up to standart. The view from the balkony was super enjoyable. The people were awesome, so friendly and polite. We enjoyed our stay very very much.

Stayed here for 1 week as part of a work trip. Room was in excellent condition, sheets changed and room cleaned dayley. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend. Old town a short walk away. Great location for beach and amazing views

Extremely clean and welcoming, very good standard of food and plenty of choice. Short walk to the beach and town. Staff are extremely helpful, perfect for a buisness trip or a quieter holiday if you dont want to be in the hussle and bussle of a town.
