We stayed at the alexis hotel for 10 nights and found the staff were all fantastic and very friendly, a special thank you to frode on reception who was such a lovely person and anything we asked he had the knowledge ❤️ also a thank you to Eva the housekeeper who cleaned our room daily she was so kind and lovely, the hotel itself is immaculately clean, the rooms are perfect and an added extra of the aircon is great, the shampoo and hand wash etc in the bathroom were very much appreciated, the restaurant served amazing food and all staff were great, the beach was a 10 minute walk away was lovely although harder walking back to the hotel uphill, the hotel is situated on the outskirts of chania about a 30min walk (but it's a lovely walk along the beach) we really enjoyed our stay at the alexis hotel and we will definitely return on our next holiday, thank you all so much for making our holiday a great one ❤️

This was perfect for us. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. The people are lovely and you get a feel for Greece that is rather more local than the other hotels close by. The beach is a ten minute walk, golden beach is lovely. Theo’s restaurant attached to Alexis’s hotel has beautiful local cuisine at reasonable prices . The hotel is two stars but it felt a lot more than .

The staff at the hotel were wonderful, generous and friendly. They are a family and when you leave you feel like you have been a part of that family. The cleaning staff were excellent, reception was excellent and the bar and restaurant were also excellent. The hotel is a little out of Chania old town so don’t expect to be in the centre of the old town. The air con was great and the pool was easy to access and cleaned every evening. I would definitely come here again. Thank you to the Alexis Hotel for a great family summer holiday.

We loved this hotel. Cozy family hotel in an excellent location if you want to be in Chania but out of the city noise. So easy access to the city center by free bus or by car. Across the mountaintop on a walking distance, there was an amazing beach called Paralia, that was our daily spot cuz we find it the best beach, but around the hotel there are other several nice beaches. The hotel staff (all of them) were so friendly, since its looked like a family hotel, we felt like a guest in a family house, which was amazing. Location, insane view, welcoming, and for a reasonable fare, nice family is all what we needed.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. It's a family-owned hotel. The air conditioning in the room was marvelous! Very good shower, too!

Very nice hotel in a very nice sea view position. A good quality/price balance, very nice and friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and services impecable, not to mention the Restaurant which is faboulous, both for breakfast and dinner. We have used it as a base for our journeys arround Crete and we were very satisfied. Thank you!

Very friendly staf. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast buffet was good, served in the restaurant below the hotel which also was a fine place for dinner. Easy to park the car on the street attached to the hotel and close to the electric bus to the city centre.

Stayed here for two nights, all in all it was a good experience. The plus side was location, close to beaches. Room was clean and a very big bed which was comfortable. I had a semi partial sea view, which was like. The swimming pool and jacuzzis was too cold to use due to the weather not being that great. Only reason it doesn’t get 5* is the banging of doors from others staying at the hotel. Maybe the owners could think of a way ok how to improve this, because other than that it was great.
