This was a unique hotel in the middle of Old Town, within a few minutes walk to the Old Town wharf. We stayed in a upstairs/downstairs suite and had daily housekeeping.
The best part of our experience was the innkeeper Greg who greeted us when we arrived. He spent probably 20 minutes asking us what we would like to do in Chania and the surrounding countryside, whether we would like to rent a car. He gave us advice on wineries and on olive oil production. His mother was also very kind, friendly and informative. For our first time in Crete, this was a wonderful experience.

I was between booking this property and another one I am so glad I booked this one! My husband and I had the best experience in Chania because of Greg and Joanna! From the moment we arrived Greg greeted us with coffee, restaurant recommendations and things to do. The room was immaculate! The attention to detail is out of this world. The materials, the functionality of every single piece of custom-made furniture, the ambiance, everything was pure perfection! The bed was so comfortable and loved the slippers. The best place to stay in Chania!

J&G was exactly the space and location we wanted to end our Greece vacation. The location is perfectly situated within all the restaurants, shopping and history of Chania. The check in process was seamless with constant communication leading up to our arrival.

We loved our 4 night stay in Unit 2 (Junior Suite) at J&G. The room was very comfortable, very comfy bed and pillows, great shower and very tastefully decorated. Also a great outlook down the street. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and kept so every day through our stay. Coffee machine in the room was a very welcome luxury. The location in a beautiful old building in Old Town is so convenient for everything. Just stepping out and wandering through the streets and alleys through to cafes, restaurants and the old harbour which is only a about a ten minute walk was a joy. Greg and Johanna are great hosts, very welcoming and friendly plus really easy communication through booking, arrival and departure. We would highly recommend J&G and would stay here again if we return to Chania.

Great property! Walkable to a lot of restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. If you rent a car it is difficult to part other than paying for the garage near by. Would highly recommend

I cannot recommend J&G suites enough! They are absolutely beautiful- we had suite 5 for 2 people with a gorgeous terrace. Staff so friendly and helpful and the attention to detail was incredible!
