Staff were very friendly and helpful. Because our room was available we were allowed to check in early. The location suited us perfectly - in the old town, close to the harbour restaurants and shops but further enough away to be quiet. Our room was large but somewhat cluttered - a result of modernising an old building. The narrow winding staircase could be difficult for the elderly or large luggage.

Do not stay at this hotel/The studio we stayed in the pictures looked great but in reality the hot water did not work and the room was loaded with dust and mold.The bathroom was very small and had no room for your tolitries.When you flushed the toliet you could hear thru the walls as well as everyone else flushing their bathroomsThe bathroom was constantly flooding and mold was visable.The jacuzzie in our room was dirty and the drain did not work.The electric sockets in the room did not work I could not charge my phone they sockets were carroded.The cats screamed all nights and we could not sleep.We had 5 days reserved thru *********** and asked for customer assistance none was provided and we left after two days and had to find another hotel room with no assistance from booking-I started to experience headaches and sinus congestion -I will never use *********** their reviews are not tainted because of a vested financial interest.I tried to speak to the ownner who pretended he did not speak english and would not listen to our concerns.Im disputing this charge with my capitol one account.The owner would not provide me with a receipt of my stay- What a Scam shame on *********** and this establishment.A horriable experience
