Hotels in Changzhou Downtown Area, Changzhou

Nice hotel with large rooms. The only downside is the temperature of the air condition is being set be the property at 24 degrees with no option to adjust it and you have to call the front desk every day to remove the restrictions.

The hotel is next to 南大街 metro station, and has plenty of food and snack options nearby. The laundry room was big. My room was big and had a welcome plate of snacks. Breakfast was fine.

The location of the hotel is not bad, it is very close to Qingguoxiang Shopping Center. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is also very good. The room can only be said to be so-so. The balcony floor-to-ceiling sliding door is not soundproof at all and it is very noisy at night. The shower room has no door, and there are few light switches without independent switches. The breakfast is a set meal. I can only say that it is very particular.

I have decided to give this review in English so that it will help our foreign friend’s who wanted to visit Changzhou and find a decent domestic 5-star hotel at friction of the cost. This is the 2nd time I booked my stay at 常州远洲酒店. Excellent hotel with excellent location located near the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception front desk staff. Breakfast was excellent and spread full of an airy, open and bright restaurant, it offers hotel guest a mixed menu with International dishes. All of them makes our trip very welcoming, the luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! Great experience. Clean and comfortable with American standard and protocols. The front desk and hospitality team were very helpful. For the same price, you can’t find a better option in the area. Compared to the holiday inn back in the States, it offers great breakfast plus a big selection of Chinese food.

Right at the subway entrance, there are many attractions nearby. We are a group of three. After taking our kids to the Dinosaur Park, we came here. Wenqi Hotel is next to Qingguo Lane. It is especially nice to go to Qingguo Lane at night. The front desk upgraded us to a loft room for free. The space is very large. We stayed in three hotels in Changzhou this time. The kids and the elders like this one the most. The price-performance ratio is also very high. It is still the ancient style I like. There is also a projector, which the kids like to watch TV. The adults can rest and pull down.

They offer me free breakfast for my first visit. The breakfast is really good and my favorite. The big screen is my favorite too for watching films and TV series.
