This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It is clean, the breakfasts are delicious and the staff is very friendly. It feels like all 4 buttons on the coffee machine give the same coffee, but it is so delicious that I started drinking coffee twice a day. I am sad to leave this place, as if I am giving up my second home

The surrounding environment of the hotel is good, the transportation is convenient, not far from Wanda Plaza and Cultural Square, the room is spacious and bright, the mattress is comfortable to sleep. The bedding is also clean and tidy, the bathroom is dry and wet, the front desk service is also warm and polite, check out and ask for driving to scan the code for free, and the invoice is also convenient. Equivalent to a 3 star place even though it might be marked 4 stars. Check in was not great as they informed us that we might be bumped for the last 2 nights of the 3 nights we booked. I thought if I was able to successfully book, you have no right to bump me, but apparently a group tried to reserve a bunch of rooms for a conference. Luckily we got to stay the full 3 nights. Room is pretty large for the room with 2 beds. Room condition is pretty new but nothing luxurious, hence i say it is not 4 star. The washer was convenient for our laundry and they had a mini fridge not typical of hotels, but I think this might be one of those service type hotels. I would book again for the price, but the possibility of getting bumped did not leave a good taste.

It was ok. The hotel was in a good location for daytime adventures. It was like. The surrounding was like a Ghost town at nights. The rooms had their own different feel. There’s no sound proof from the neighboring rooms and everything can be heard. Kettles weren’t working; room had no towels; 1 room had a bad odor and I had to get something for it. Otherwise it’s okay

However, it is recommended to check in carefully on rainy days, after all, the sound of rain hitting the tent still affects sleep to a certain extent. The entire resort is much more mature than it was in 2018, including programs, facilities, etc. (after all, 6 years have passed 😁). I bought tickets for the hip-hop road and the evening fireworks show, which are still very good. Especially the fireworks show, it is very shocking! Highly recommended! The theme restaurant show, Jianghu, etc., feels so-so, and the dishes can only be regarded as third-rate. I feel that it is a big slot, and I hope it can be improved in the future! Starting from the drum show in the morning, to the immersive NPC show later, to the NPC in Daofeng Street later, the experience is very good! Finally, the service staff are very enthusiastic, especially the waiters Xiao Yuan, Xiao Ling, Xiao Zhu, etc. in the guest room. In general, it is still quite recommended!

This hotel is within walking distamce from the train station, a big plus since I came in late and wanted to bypass the shady taxis there. Front desk person was asleep when I arrived, but checked me in. Room was fine, with a comfortable bed.
