I planned to travel during the Qingming Festival temporarily. The Jiaxing and Huzhou directions were full and expensive. I was accidentally pushed to ”Zhongwu”. I came here for the parent-child hotel (children's playground + swimming pool) (I just bought the ”One Ticket Pass for Traveling in the Yangtze River Delta”, 🈶 tickets for Changzhou's ”Yancheng Zoo” and the ”Jiangnan Global Port” rooftop amusement Ferris wheel CS battle, etc.), but I was attracted by the hotel's own garden. The parent-child room is large enough, with a 2-meter bed and a tree house bed (single bed single layer), enough for two adults to sleep with a 12-year-old + 6-year-old child. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, and children's toiletries bags for bathing babies. The hotel lobby is also grand and has enough rest areas. The service staff is proactive and enthusiastic. From parking, opening the car door, taking the luggage to check in, reminders of precautions, etc., to entering the room, the service is thoughtful and the emotional value is full. The hotel swimming pool is very large. The surprise is that the children's warm water pool on the side is not perfunctory in size. It is very lucky to come to the hotel in the spring when the flowers are blooming. You can take your kids to enjoy the scenery without leaving the hotel. Don't underestimate this hotel because of its ”old” name. It is absolutely suitable for families. It is suitable for both the elderly and the young. It is definitely worth it. I booked a room online during the holidays. The hotel was easy to find, right under the elevated road. Although the hotel is a bit old, the rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. The front desk lady Xiaoli was very warm and thoughtful. She took the initiative to help me enter the license plate, sent welcome fruit in the room, and also sent a small gift. I highly recommend staying in this hotel! The whole family traveled with parents and children, and arranged on the same floor. The second room is nice It only takes about ten minutes to walk to Tianjie. Tianjie has a complete range of food, and the matching dishes are quite filling. The services were all good. The room I booked didn't include breakfast, so I didn't have that experience. If I had to say a downside, it would be that because it's along the elevated road, there's still a little bit of noise if there are a lot of cars at night. The tissues by the washbasin may not have been replenished in time, and I mentioned this to the front desk when I checked out, but because I arrived in the room late, they didn't ask me to replenish it. The hotel is next to 南大街 metro station, and has plenty of food and snack options nearby. The laundry room was big. My room was big and had a welcome plate of snacks. Breakfast was fine.

I have decided to give this review in English so that it will help our foreign friend’s who wanted to visit Changzhou and find a decent domestic 5-star hotel at friction of the cost. This is the 2nd time I booked my stay at 常州远洲酒店. Excellent hotel with excellent location located near the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception front desk staff. Breakfast was excellent and spread full of an airy, open and bright restaurant, it offers hotel guest a mixed menu with International dishes. All of them makes our trip very welcoming, the luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again 小周for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

After arriving nearby, you have to drive slowly, and it is easy to miss the entrance, so you have to take a detour. I checked in after dark, and there was only one girl at the front desk, who worked diligently and hard. As for my request to check the room first to see if there was any smell of smoke, because my colleagues were too lazy to cooperate, and she couldn't get away, she could only try her best to find a way to open two room cards for me to choose... (that is, hotel services can only be fully provided before 20:00 in the evening) The entrance to the underground parking lot is often blocked by foreign vehicles, and the hotel has no security maintenance, so vehicles are easily scratched, so you need to drive carefully.

Overall, this was a super satisfying stay experience! The hotel service is super warm. Because I was accidentally injured, I called the front desk to ask for a band-aid. The lady at the front desk immediately arranged for a robot to deliver an alcohol-iodine band-aid, and she also thoughtfully called to inform me of the precautions for use.
