Nice stay! Rooms are large and clean! No western options for food. Customer service at night is a bit confused but nevertheless we had a great time.

Really enjoyed my stay in the Renaissance Hotel. The room was spotless and had a great view of the lake. The food was very enjoyable too. Will definitely use again.

The buffet has many varieties and the ingredients are fresh. OK. These are the above compliments. As the place where Huaiyang cuisine culture is developed, I am traveling abroad. In Jiangsu, "Huaiyang" is printed as "Huaiyang". This is something I can't stand. I must complain and give feedback to the front desk. Facilities: I have stayed in so many Marriott hotels, but this one doesn't have a coffee machine. The air conditioner is very hot. The front desk said they would help me adjust it, but it didn't work. It was 27 degrees indoors and I didn't sleep the whole night.
Service: I called the hotel on the morning of check-in to see if I could put some flowers in the room. The female front desk directly refused and had a bad attitude. Later, a male staff member helped me arrange the takeaway of flowers to the room, which was very good👍🏿
