太難受了。。。。蟲子滿天飛，睡在床上直接都掉蟲子也不知道哪裡來的窗户門都關了。夏天要去的尤其帶小孩根本沒法睡再來説下釣魚，真的絕了一支魚也沒有跑步房間的也沒魚真不知道咋了最差的體驗了

服務非常差，前台的人和他説話對你愛理不理的，問什麼時候可以入住就一直不理我，要問好幾遍，全程也不看你，而且很不愛回答問題，問他哪裡有地方吃飯她説不知道，六百多的房間挺小的，床也很小兩個，主要是服務太差，十二點要退房，不然15分鐘收20塊，地方很偏，不好打車，如果去音樂節的話外面打的士回來要300，打車去車站的話也不好打，總之就是交通很不方便，服務態度極差，同等價位的酒店，比如杭州烏鎮之類的服務好很多

先説入住，都2022了居然還是採用的手寫登記入住，登記本就大剌剌放在櫃枱上，隨便誰都能翻，並且還要收100的按金，按金也沒有憑證，退房的時候提醒前台，才把按金退還，那要是忘了就不退了？
前台服務態度很差，尤其是退房時候的服務員，説了好多次退房，也不咋搭理。
再説房間，雖然是湖景，其實沒什麼景，很偏僻，很難打車，湖水有點臭，木屋可以説是那種冬冷夏熱的，也不透氣，衹有一個紗窗，容易進蟲子。
廁所連毛玻璃都沒有，都是用布遮一下，沒有換氣扇，熱水也不充足，洗幾分鐘就會有冷水。
600多定的房間，衹給一支牙膏！房間門很難開，每次都老費勁開。
最後早飯是前一天找前台要才會給兩張券，早餐種類很少，也不好吃，速凍餃子包子，玉米之類的。
奉勸想定的人看看附近其他的酒店，要麼就乾脆住遠一點，自己開車還行，環境和服務態度真的很差。

酒店不管帶寵物就算了，養狗的門還開着，一共就三户人來玩 另外兩户是認識的，和我們安排連着的房間門也開着，狗可以隨意出入到處跑！酒店前台也沒人找不到人解決！怕狗的人在房間待了一整天不敢出門！

為避開中秋節國慶節，我們提前兩天來體驗水上小木屋，最主要是老公喜歡釣魚，坐在房間裏吹着空調釣着魚還是非常愜意的。酒店設施還行該有的都有，也挺乾淨，湖景很美，但整個太湖灣旅遊度假區人氣不足。早上繞太湖灣走了一圈，約3.5公里，挺舒服的。

環境很好，安靜暇意，湖水很清澈，早餐還送到房間；天氣好可以來看看日出日落，晚上可以看滿天星。（水龍頭有點漏水，可以更換一下了）
