I came here to take the exam at the West Taihu Campus of Changzhou University. I was originally worried about taking a taxi in the morning, but the hotel specially arranged for employees to take the exam taxi, which solved a problem. There was also a small dessert of white fungus soup in the evening, and the hotel service was also very warm, especially Thank you to Butler Li for your dedicated service👍👍. 酒店畢竟多年了，設施有點老，但是不愧是大酒店，打掃乾淨，服務也非常好，管家很熱情主動到房間送水果，周邊環境也很好，晚上安靜休息得好。唯一美中不足是浴室注意防水，洗澡有些許漏水。總體來説是可以放心入住的酒店。

這是我這麼多年見過親和力最強，服務最好的酒店，而且房間比我們想像的要大，關鍵在退房前三個小時，服務人員還幫我把洗好的衣服烘乾送到客房，太感動了，還有早餐口味絕好，品種繁多，—個早餐吃得我撐撐的，哈哈，愛了，愛了，下次來常州衹選這一家，其他家絕不考慮了

前台服務人員態度不太好，問題沒重複兩遍就差點吼起來。酒店設施較老舊，也沒什麼服務可言。早餐非常差，種類少，而且8點多過去就空盤，也不再補了，飲品全部沒有，也不補，豆漿空桶也不補，不知道都讓顧客去吃什麼。唯一煮麪的現做窗口，煮麪阿姨竟然拿碗常湯的温度還是鹹淡、嘗完剩下的直接又倒回鍋裏了，並且用嘴嘗的碗竟然又放在乾淨碗堆裏繼續給顧客盛麪用。要不是我親眼所見都不敢相信五星酒店的明檔窗口能發生這樣的事情
