是來常州大學西太湖校區這邊考試的，本來很擔心早上打車的問題，但酒店特地安排了員工送考車，解決了一個難題，晚上還有銀耳湯小甜點，酒店服務也特別熱情，尤其感謝李管家的盡心服務👍👍，態度非常親切，這兩天也幫了很多忙，推薦在附近考試的同學都來試試哦😉😉😉

來常州跑馬拉松 搜了附近的酒店訂了這家 性價比也太高了！環境很好 馬路對面就是起跑點 酒店的服務員服務態度特別好 特別熱情 有求必應 晚上還給我們送了銀耳湯喝 房間很大 也很乾凈 床也很軟 睡的很舒服！太棒啦！推薦！

這是我這麼多年見過親和力最強，服務最好的酒店，而且房間比我們想像的要大，關鍵在退房前三個小時，服務人員還幫我把洗好的衣服烘乾送到客房，太感動了，還有早餐口味絕好，品種繁多，—個早餐吃得我撐撐的，哈哈，愛了，愛了，下次來常州衹選這一家，其他家絕不考慮了

前台服務人員態度不太好，問題沒重複兩遍就差點吼起來。酒店設施較老舊，也沒什麼服務可言。早餐非常差，種類少，而且8點多過去就空盤，也不再補了，飲品全部沒有，也不補，豆漿空桶也不補，不知道都讓顧客去吃什麼。唯一煮麪的現做窗口，煮麪阿姨竟然拿碗常湯的温度還是鹹淡、嘗完剩下的直接又倒回鍋裏了，並且用嘴嘗的碗竟然又放在乾淨碗堆裏繼續給顧客盛麪用。要不是我親眼所見都不敢相信五星酒店的明檔窗口能發生這樣的事情
