本人住宿體驗極差。酒店環境骯臟，牆紙剝落，地面不整潔。房間裏的傢俱和設施看起來都非常老舊，部分甚至已經損壞，給人一種破敗不堪的感覺，連門鎖起來都費勁。更令人氣憤的是，當我辦理房卡進到房間，看到這些情況後，我要求酒店老闆給我退單，但老闆要求付款非平台內要求的賠償金（平台是允許隨時退的）當我向他們提出房間存在的問題時，他們不要給我換房間，但情況大同小異。這讓我感到非常失望和憤怒。這是一次非常不愉快的住宿經歷，我強烈不推薦大家選擇這家酒店。不管是住宿環境還是服務態度都很差。

房間小也就算了，我也忍了。環境差，臟，空調效果差，關鍵是還沒有熱水洗澡，第一晚凍死了，第二晚壓根就沒水了，我沒辦法衹好自己花錢出去泡個澡。便宜麼我也就算了，他還收這麼貴，兩晚500多塊錢，這麼垃圾的房間，真坑！這輩子不會再去的地方。

凌晨兩點到賓館 3點才進去屋子，開始拿210的卡屋子門沒辦法鎖上，我就下樓去換了一間房，又給我一張卡根本打不開房門，我就又下樓了，又去換了一張卡 ， 根本刷不開門，工作人員和我説如果裡邊是雙床再下來換，我連門都進不去，然後我又下樓了 又給我一張卡 ，這回能進去了，卡不好使，直接用的鑰匙，燈是打不開的 ，我又一次下去，我説我一直折騰 ，最後工作人員和我一起上樓了，他手裡拿了好幾張卡，我們就看哪個房間好使！ 又換了好幾個，最後終於有一個能用的了，鎖還不是很靈活，然後他説這是最後一個房間了 沒有了，沒辦法半夜我衹能入住，他和我説這是他第一天上班， 為什麼沒有人交一下，半夜大家都很累了 ，房間一點也不隔音，至少有三個房間鎖是不好使的，女孩子晚上怎麼住，大家真的不要住了！
