前台有一位服務態度極差，背後説人壞話，當別人都不知道，告訴她房費轉給她同事了，説我搞她，態度極其囂張，跟別人欠她的似的，一次打電話不接直接接起來掛斷，第二次話沒説完，就直接掛斷，第三次我説讓她道歉，不道歉就投訴，態度極其囂張的説你投訴好了。

入住2個人，4個人去麻將房打一會還得全登記。礦泉水就2瓶，要喝自己買酒店的。前台效率低，態度不太好。麻將桌有點臟
