Xintang UNITE Hotel, Changzhou

The location of the hotel is not bad, it is very close to Qingguoxiang Shopping Center. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is also very good. The room can only be said to be so-so. The balcony floor-to-ceiling sliding door is not soundproof at all and it is very noisy at night. The shower room has no door, and there are few light switches without independent switches. The breakfast is a set meal. I can only say that it is very particular.

The room was very small, the smallest one I've ever stayed in a hotel. I wanted to check out when I got to the room. The service offered was luggage help and train station drop-off service, but let alone luggage help, no one even opened the door for me. My kid had to push the door for me! When I was leaving, I asked about the train station shuttle service, but the front desk said there was a problem with the driver and there was no shuttle service! When I checked in, they asked me if the 3rd floor was ok. I said yes. Then I took the room card and went to the 3rd floor, but I found that I was given the room card for 403. I went to the front desk decisively and told them that I would not be staying in 403 with my children. The front desk wanted to give me 603, but I wanted 605. I asked her why they gave me 03. She said the room was big, but she and a male waiter had said before that they would give us 305. But they couldn't find the door card! There is no heating in the bathroom, no conditioner, shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap. All of them are men's sandalwood scent, which is very strong! No disposable toilet covers, moisturizers, or care kits (cotton swabs)! There are men's razors. It feels like this hotel is for men! The double bed room I booked only had one comb, although I didn't use it. I booked the room for two days, but the disposable slippers were not replenished after cleaning. The slippers I wore on the first day were still on the floor! The bathroom is not anti-slip and the shower room has no door. I almost slipped when I came out of the shower! One switch controls the lights. There are two spotlights just above the head that shine directly into the eyes when lying in bed. There are also two bedside lamps. The switch is to twist the bulb. I asked the waiter if it would be hot, and the waiter said no, which was a lie. There is laundry service, but I washed some wool, and the oil stains on the clothes were still there after washing, see the picture! The hotel's saving grace is that it's just opposite Qingguo Lane! I wonder how it got so many good reviews!

The hotel is next to Qingguo Lane, just across the road, and the location is unbeatable. Half of it is currently being renovated, and the facilities are relatively new and clean. The area is not small, and you can have a panoramic view of the entire Qingguo Lane from the terrace. There is a welcome sweet soup when you check in, which is good.
