酒店地理位置優越，停車方便，衞生很好，前台服務熱情。連鎖的品質就是有保證的，而且服務態度很好，很人性化。原本是想加床，前台應嘉雯瞭解情況後就直接升級了親子房，加床價格很划算，還贈送了早餐，實在是太貼心了

譴責下馬路邊吵鬧的大卡車，酒店窗户是無辜的。

酒店大廳有免費提供的菊花茶和紅茶，3樓有小童樂園健身房KTV桌球室。酒店的床墊是零壓記憶棉的，睡起來超級舒服，酒店早餐品種多樣美味。酒店地理位置絕佳，對面和旁邊都是大型超市，停車也很方便。前台應嘉雯服務也跟貼心，下次來湟裏會繼續選擇這裏的。

房間舒適整潔，服務熱心貼心。是我們全家每次出遊回湟裏的首選酒店。訂的標間給前台應嘉雯免費升級了行政樓層還貼心的都靠在一起，非常方便家人，看出來房間重新裝修過，一些服務也都升級了，越來越好了。房間有贈送的水果，退房也贈送了小禮品。

很滿意的一次入住體驗，酒店位置很好找，就在省道旁邊，房間無噪音，早餐品種也很多，各式各樣的中西餐結合自助，停車的區域很大，地上地下都有，免費停車。包括前台的應嘉雯，非常熱心的服務，叫我們帶小朋友，直接給我們升級了親子套房，房間非常好，讓人眼前一亮，有小童用品和小童佈置，入住體驗滿分的一家酒店
