We originally booked the Yanquan Han Hotel, but because the holiday was approaching, the reserved room was no longer available. They upgraded us to a lake view room at Shanju Inn for free. Their attitude in handling the problem showed us the hotel's sense of responsibility. The lake view room is adjacent to the lake and has a panoramic view of the scenic area. The room is clean and spacious, with complete facilities and high living comfort. What also impressed me deeply was the service of the hotel. The aunt at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She guided us to the room, gave us a thoughtful introduction, and helped us check in our luggage when we left. Her sincere attitude was very warm. If I come to Yancheng Lake again, I will still choose to stay here.

鹽泉涵館環境優美，很有特色。這次訂的家庭房，房間舒適，連認床的82歲長者都睡得很好。配套的洗漱用品質量也好。早餐品種豐富，温泉鹽湯泡得非常舒服。酒店在景區內，遊玩非常方便。
鹽泉涵館的服務尤其要點五星贊，無論是前台的美麗的李雪梅小姐姐、高大帥氣的服務生小哥哥、客房服務的大姐還是温泉的工作人員，都讓人如沐春風，賓至如歸。第一晚入住時送上的銀耳羹貼心温暖。
加上東方鹽湖城景區豐富多彩的演出和多個博物館呈現的特色文化，讓這次春節的度假體驗非常完美。拍攝的照片和視頻發給在巴黎讀書的孩子，還讓孩子的法國同學們驚歎連連，直呼要到這裏來旅行遊玩。

這次春節安排去東方鹽湖城過年，一開始心情很忐忑，第一次一大家子出門過年，擔心家人們不滿意。但是鹽泉涵館的服務卻驚艷到了我，從一開始鹽妞管家貼心的道路指引到前台小王面面俱到景區服務提示以及酒店服務介紹都讓我們覺得非常䁔心。酒店是古色古香的建築，更讓我們感受到了年味。過年期間景區活動十分豐富，走在路上所有的工作人員和志願者都很熱情地和我們打招乎説祝福的話。晚上逛完回到酒店，還免費提供一碗銀耳湯和安神助眠香讓我們可以好好休息。真的是非常棒的一次入住體驗，我還會再來的。

管家和酒店內服務都不錯，酒店內整體環境不錯，其他服務有待加強。一是住宿客户的停車問題，還要和普通遊客一同坐大巴到達辦理住宿的地方，而且大巴擁擠，拿着行李很不方便；二是早餐廳服務跟不上，座椅少，清理完餐盤後也沒能拿毛巾擦拭桌面。
