Last year, I felt good staying at the newly opened Dusit Thani in Suzhou. I have a good impression of this Thai brand. This time, I finally chose it between the cruise ship and it for my trip to Liyang, Changzhou. I think the price is cheap. Since I know that it was formerly a state guesthouse and is in the park, I feel that it will continue the quiet, comfortable and smiling service concept of Dusit Thani! But I didn't expect it to be what I imagined! First, there was a lack of people to direct. The road sign pointed to Building 5. There was no one but the sound of fountains. The phone at the front desk was broken. I could only call Dianping to ask where the lobby was. Fortunately, the gentle female voice on the phone made people feel like spring breeze! Second, the boy who received the lobby had a fierce face throughout the whole process. I remember that it was also during the Chinese New Year when I went to Dusit Thani in Suzhou. The lady and brother who checked in in the lobby were full of smiles, which made people feel comfortable! Although all the requirements were met, I still felt a little unhappy! Didn't I book the original price? The third is the problem of the guest room. There was a glass missing in one room, and two bottles of conditioner were given instead of shampoo in one room! Two rooms of the same price, one with electric curtains and one with manual curtains! There is really no harm without comparison! Fourth, the parking for guests staying in the hotel and dining in the restaurant seems to be managed but it is invisible. When parking below the building, the sound of opening the car door and talking in the morning makes it impossible to sleep well. Why don’t they guide the guests in the underground parking garage? They have to park on both sides of the door. Wouldn’t it be quieter if the cars are parked opposite? This is completely contrary to the purpose of a hotel in a park. I suggest that they can learn from the East Suburb and West Suburb of Shanghai in this regard. Similarly, how can the State Guesthouse be quiet and peaceful? The room is like this, and so is the hotel! The reason why the hotel service is rated five points is mainly for two people. One is Ms. Wu Yan, who asked us about our experience after staying with a big belly and a smiling face, and the other is an auntie who sweeps the floor and puts things in the catering department. The smiles of these two people swept away all our unhappiness and also won back some face for this hotel.

The facilities are also quite new, no problem to use. The subway station is a little far, and it takes 1 km to cross the park, but it is also nice to walk and enjoy the scenery of the park.

I went to Changzhou on a business trip and stayed at Qingfengyuan Hotel. The occupancy rate of foreigners in Qingfengyuan is quite high. The breakfast and dinner are very rich, and the Chinese food is average. The room decoration and check-in experience are very good. The room temperature is very high without air conditioning. The front desk clerk Wan'er is also very enthusiastic. The location is also very good. The hotel decoration incorporates the characteristics of Changzhou, and it warms up for Christmas in advance.
