Excellent service, good breakfast, although mainly Chinese options, you’ll still find your western basics if you aren’t feeling too adventurous. Front desk spoke English quite well and was very attentive to our needs. Room was a bit old and shower head wasn’t fully fixed to the wall properly, but overall an excellent stay and would do again!

周邊臨靠紅梅公園，晚上散步十分便捷。入住時前台小徐幫忙免費升級房間（帶浴缸），入住感受超棒，窗外夜景也很美。

開車來到酒店，因為下雨沒有看的地下停車庫的標誌，其實車庫標誌也不是很顯眼，在裏面的大堂服務員看到我們的車都不會主動出來指引一下，訂的豪華間一進入房間就聞到很重的煙味，前台還不錯馬上讓樓層服務員拿來空氣凈化器除異味。大堂有禁煙標誌，但有人抽煙服務員卻熟視無睹，房間過道也都是香煙味。房間空氣凈化器開了一夜空氣質量提示才轉為綠色。酒店位置不錯，對面就是紅梅公園。希望分有煙和無煙樓層及房間，當然酒店最好是全面禁煙，就像國外一樣；也可以學習無錫的賓館收500元禁煙按金，違反就沒收這500元。

酒店外觀普通，裏面裝修挺好的，簡歐，金色，比較明亮。地理位置不錯，緊鄰紅梅公園，天寧寺，東坡公園，散步休閑很好，房間搞衞生的女士很辛苦，除了房間搞衞生的女士，其餘沒有服務，住了5天，沒有一個工作人員見面有笑臉，包括前台，早餐，5天，基本沒有變化，但是味道還可以。

陪母親回家探親，聽朋友介紹定了這家酒店，酒店環境很好，地理位置也得天獨厚，出門對面就是紅梅公園，天寧寺寶塔和文筆塔在酒店房間就能看到，離網紅打卡地青果巷也很近，出行十分方便，前台服務員態度很友好，還免費給我們升值了套間，下次再去常州一定還是會定這家酒店。

入住體驗十分舒適，床很軟，而且房間裏也沒有任何異味，衞生方面都很ok。而且還免費幫我升級了更好的房間還送了水果。特地感謝前台小黃貼心周到的服務！
