作為電車車主，住到這家酒店是我做過最錯誤的選擇，而且大大影響了出行體驗。來之前明明在平台上看到有充電車位，也確實從來沒遇到過沒有充電樁的酒店，就也沒打電話問直接過來了。結果來了之後發現地下停車場非常破，陰暗潮濕，而且最重要的是……根本沒有充電樁？前台説隔壁500米有充電樁，但是我們過去後發現都是壞的不能用💔在這一點上我認為酒店欺騙了消費者，所以真的非常失望。服務的話還可以，會有工作人員送我們到房間。房間設施比較老，好在還算乾淨。冰箱是上鎖的也不能用……附近也沒什麼景點，最後是開車去無錫充的電。開電車來看太湖灣音樂節的可以避開這家酒店。

硬件一流，前台服務超級好，小妹妹一個個顏值爆表，辦理完專人幫忙送行李，送水果，經理大哥沉穩幹練，一看就是安全感十足的大哥型。總之一句話這是一個被嚴重低估了的酒店，跟全季如家那種標準化截然不同，這裏的人情味更濃，感覺就是朋友甚至家裡的感覺，賓至如歸，這種酒店的感覺現在真的很難得，強烈建議嘗試一下，唯一讓人擔心的就是時間久遠，不過那個裝修放到現在也是一流，而且沒有任何異味。

比較老的酒店，住在一樓，隔音效果不好，早上打掃也很吵
但服務員熱情，會打招呼
早飯很失望，就是一份芭比饅頭的東西，一個包子，一個燒麥，一截玉米，一個雞蛋，一包紅棗牛奶。
周邊沒什麼吃的，旁邊就是太湖，騎行特別舒服，空氣清新

參加常州太湖音樂節，需要在附近找一家合適的酒店，最終選擇了常州萬運度假酒店的套房。地理位置絕佳，面朝太湖，距離嬉戲谷有兩條駕駛路線，一條穿越山路（白天開），另一條走大陸（夜間開安全），都是10分鐘左右抵達。酒店有些歷史了，設施當然不是新的，但是衞生不錯，佈局合理，馬桶是智能的（優於五星級酒店、重點推薦）。早餐不是自助的，而是芭比饅頭的套餐，也不錯，每天贈送一盒水果。最後也是最重要的，酒店的服務非常好，前台服務、客房服務、大堂經理的服務都很棒。

酒店快20年了 設施差點能理解 關鍵是打掃的不夠乾淨 洗澡開了半小時水才燙 一樓的房間有點潮濕 關門的時候衞生間的天花板在震動 整體感覺真的不咋樣 所以沒拍照片

酒店有點舊了，但是乾淨整潔，服務非常好，位置在太湖邊也不錯。同程有點坑🕳️🕳️🕳️，訂的時候顯示要返108元，結果報銷了13元，這算什麼？！！！
