Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Love this hotel with the relaxing a**osphere. Specially love to walk around the pond where we can see the swans and beautiful Chinese garden opposite. A lot of beautiful flowers along the hotel pathways.

管家Jolin很貼心，服務很周到！其次房間孩子很喜歡，唯一缺點就是房間內還是有味道，兩天基本白天都開着陽台上的門通風，走廊上味道更大，其他都很滿意！

酒店位置距離淹城動物世界，淹城春秋樂園都很近。出行比較方便。
酒店乾淨亮堂。所有服務員也很熱情周到有禮貌。
買了一次自助晚餐。食材很新鮮。
小朋友也是吃的開心玩的開心。
希望下次有機會可以早點定，訂到親子房。

很開心的一次親子游哦，酒店服務很好，管家Belina會提前加微信，還提供了歡迎水果和小零食，孩子在酒店玩的不肯走，這次定了2個房型，一個星際汪汪一個冰川世紀，都很棒，換房的時候酒店還會幫忙把東西搬過去，我們玩好回來，東西都已經幫我們放進房裡了，很棒的一次體驗！

因為帶娃出行，看到有奧特曼主題房間，就訂了，意外的是細節滿滿，服務超級貼心，給小朋友送了好多零食和飲料，第二天去動物園又送了滿滿好幾大袋的胡蘿蔔，愛了愛了
