The children were very happy as soon as they entered the door! What's more considerate is that the hotel knew that we planned to go to the zoo, and specially prepared a large bag of fresh carrots (handled very cleanly). They gave snacks to the children and prepared carrots in advance to go to the zoo. It is really considerate and adds a sense of intimacy to the hotel.

The room was great, the kids were so happy, and the housekeeper Enid was super attentive. When I told her that a kid was having a birthday, she prepared cake and toys for us. When she learned that we were going to the zoo, she also prepared carrots for us, which was really heartwarming.

The hotel is in a prime location, very close to Yancheng Zoo and Chunqiu Amusement Park. Complete facilities, excellent service, especially the housekeeper Zoe, who prepared gifts for the children. The children had a very happy stay. I will come again next time
