Usually I stay in this hotel when I travel to Jintan on business and I liked it before. But this time it was really bad. I ordered twin beds, they gave us one bad. The slippers that are supposed to be new, one slipper was completely wet unfree I unpacked them. The room was cold. We lived 2 people in the room, but they have only 1 card per room. We are 2 adult people staying in one room and having things to do. How are we supposed to have 1 card per room? What kind of policy is that? What kind of joke? My friend was coming from business trip at 10 pm, I was coming back at 6, am I supposed to sit and wait for her for 4 hours? This is ridiculous. Also, I’m coming back late the next day, very tired, with heavy bags, and when I arrive in my room I find that my card doesn’t work so I have to go back to the reception and ask to renew the card which she refused. It is a disaster

啥都好，房間很大，很乾凈，價格也親民，但是這個空調問題很大，夏天熱不死，冬天凍不死，空調製定了度數，打不熱，起來上個洗手間還得穿個衣服的。希望老闆大度點，把空調打開

涉及安全，非常糟糕的體驗！已解決，記錄如下希望行業共同監督成長。
凌晨2點30左右，房門被陌生男人拿備用房卡刷開兩次，因為房門物理上鎖，對方沒有進門。驚醒後立馬打前台電話詢問，後解釋是其他客人需要工程部維修，酒店拿錯房卡，差點報警， 圖片是視頻記錄截圖。
目前已通過攜程全額退款，希望平台和酒店對管理措施，房卡系統和員工培訓制度作出嚴肅整改。對客人安全問題做嚴肅承諾！
酒店前台反饋本次賠償從前台值班人員工資扣取，無法幹涉但非常不支持，這是管理問題，不僅僅是個人過失！應該公司和員工共同承擔！

這家酒店的地理位置非常便利，交通十分方便，市中心地段，對面就是八佰伴。酒店雖然不提供早餐，早上出來發現門口一條街全是常州著名特色小吃，聽説也是酒店老闆開的，入住的房間寬敞明亮，房間窗户可以打開透氣，衞生也不錯，床品舒適，讓我覺得整個住宿過程非常愉快。下次還來！

經年返鄉常住的酒店，但是最近一次卻是四年前了。這次回來祭祖，物是已人非了。酒店位置很好，小高層風景一覽無餘，性價比很高。

晚上十點入駐，被告知沒房，提前沒有任何電話通知，攜程上也沒有退單，爭論了半天安排出了房間。房間內衞生一般，沙發很臟，房間具有年代感。房間門口擺放着垃圾袋。早餐券顯示7-9點，結果8點去就沒吃的了，這簡直聞所未聞，電梯裏其他住客説7:30就沒有了。本店服務和配套完全跟不上市場需求。而且沒有任何解釋和道歉。最後衹好去外面吃的早餐。強烈表示差評的酒店。
