Grand Hotel Yifeng

The room was very big and comfortable and the kids loved it. There was no stress for the family of four, and the breakfast was good. The hygiene is also very good. Overall, I am very satisfied and will come again in the future.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in in recent years, bar none! On the surface it looks like that, but in fact it has been in disrepair for a long time and every detail is messed up! The service is equivalent to none! I was woken up by mosquito bites at two o'clock in the middle of the night, and I was covered in clothes! I asked the front desk for a mosquito repellent, but there was none! After struggling for a long time, I couldn't catch any mosquitoes, and I really couldn't sleep (the air conditioning effect is very poor, otherwise the mosquitoes might be quieter if I turn it cooler). I went to the front desk again and was told to change rooms. I had to go to the front desk to change rooms! I had to get dressed and pack up in the middle of the night, dragging my big and small bags to the front desk, only to be moved to the next room! After some more tossing upstairs, it’s almost dawn! No other complaints! Now that I think about it, I want to curse. It was extremely poor and there was no service. I hope everyone can see that the hotel will close as soon as possible!

打掃衞生的師傅進來前能不能敲個門？？我們兩個女生，還在睡覺突然有人刷卡要進來，然後門口探進來一個腦袋。要是在換衣服就直接走光了！有沒有責任心呵呵？
