Great location next to the amusement park. However, heating in the room and in public space can be improved. It snowed when we checked in. The heating in the room was put in max (32 deg C) but the room stays about 13 deg C the entire time (thermostat said 18 but it didn’t feel like 18). Not the most suitable stay in winter, as it was uncomfortable cold. Breakfast was good however, it has many options for western style breakfast.

酒店給升級了房型，恰好第二天上午天氣很好，在山上轉轉拍拍照也很好～酒店人員都很熱情，看到我們拍照還主動幫我們合影。離嬉戲谷和露營谷都很近

我平時是個很懶的人，很少會評價，這家真的是我主動非常想給超級好評的酒店。一個晚上5q的小王讓我們幾個人住出了5w的感覺，實在是太超值了！
之前和朋友是在其他平台上看到有團購活動，然後攜程上搜了一下，發現大小王挺有特色的，因為有四家人家一起來，所以提前一個月就訂了小王。小王的外觀真的是很贊，我還特地去嬉戲谷坐了一圈摩天輪拍了一張大小王合照。
衞生、環境、設施各方面都和價格能相匹配。
接下來着重説一下服務。我們一家三口前一晚先住了對面的快捷酒店，早上九點就到了準備辦入住，正好前一晚小王沒有人，我們就先行放了行李參觀了一下。前台主管李玉一直全程陪同做了介紹，沒想到關曉彤以前當嬉戲谷代言人的時候，每年也來會來住一次小王哦。到了小王，管家陳玲就已經熱情的等候迎接了，還幫忙佈置了生日房（正好一起來的有個朋友過生日），加了微信後，有任何需求都能做到有求必應，還詢問我們空調温度，是否睡的舒服，真的超級貼心。晚餐在酒店吃的和牛火鍋自助，前台主管李玉和餐廳經理也是幫忙給了我們優惠，還預留好了位置，佈置了一下，最後還給我們送了生日蛋糕，真的是太感謝了。 我們訂了小王算是vip了，第二天還給我們小朋友送了烘焙課，做了小餅乾，有兩個小姑娘全程陪同拍照，很辛苦。
我們四家人家真的覺得這裏太值了，天熱的話，住山上可以去山頂無邊泳池玩，我們已經在計劃下次再來，大小王一起入住。我發了朋友圈，好多朋友都被我種草了，真的是太值得推薦了！期待下次的旅行！

感覺總體不錯，環境蠻好，特別是春天。房間蠻大，裏面垃圾桶太少，衹有廁所有一個，其他地方都沒有，可以適當增加一下。還有門卡一開始就進不去，不過服務員態度很好，積極幫協調，後期體驗不錯。值得去～

首先 酒店年數較長（14年開業的）內部硬件設施明顯老化，設備陳舊；潔具（馬桶）老舊，浴缸很臟，衞生清掃也不潔凈。隔音效果較差，且房門需要很用力才能關上；酒店大堂空調不給力，進入大堂不能脱下外套，房間空調不制熱，已調到32度，整晚上衹能到19度，早上吃個早餐回房間才升到21度；電視機就是個擺設，不能觀看
其次 早餐品種算是齊全，但是不能接受的是，煎蛋沒有現煎的，該有提供的菜品，衹是在固定的時間點，拿出來給工作人員拍照用的，拍完就收走了…也是佩服
停車方便，但停車場的充電樁就是個擺設，不能用。
最後酒店的服務人員，態度較滿意！酒店去嬉戲谷方便，就在旁邊，出酒店就是。

住的樹屋，上下不太方便，需要致電前台派車接送，電話一直通話中打不進，衹有在寒風中等，房間設施設備還可以，酒店充電樁全部損壞，電車就別考慮充電了，對面嬉戲谷有充電樁但是都是大車充電使用，小車不匹配（特斯拉），找了10公裡外的國家電網沖，4個充電樁衹有一個可以用，來回耽誤時間，不太方便，（因為充電比較遠）要求酒店延遲退房1⃣️小時，酒店前台的女士口氣強硬，還是沒有同意，這點比較讓人失望，如果酒店設備完好，怎麼會耽誤那一小時

非常差勁的體驗。衞生間門框快散架了，大冷天晚上熱水沒有也不説一聲，説突然故障，不知什麼時候修好。我們定的親子房，六百多。幸虧是大人洗澡，如果是孩子，凍着了非和酒店拚命不可。
朋友住的另一個房間，也是供電不足，凍的手腳冰涼。後來雖排除了故障，但洗澡水全是泥水。
這樣的酒店，誰敢入住？
後補償了我朋友八十塊了事，我們這間説補償一百元，我們堅決不同意！還是發出來讓大家知道下吧，以免再有人上當。

定的家庭行政套房，理應應該是規格比較好的房間。可是床單是破的，被套上也有洞，住了2晚似乎沒有更換床上用品。送來的小童枕頭看似也沒有清潔過，還有污漬。入住的時候人很少，服務態度個別好，個別愛答不理。如果選擇，應該不會繼續入住。

這個酒店就是為嬉戲谷而存在的。之所以體驗如此之深，是因為我們來的那天嬉戲谷沒開😓酒店大廳富麗堂皇，房間也很大。可惜第一間進去後，在衞生間的垃圾桶裏發現了一個煙頭。不知是沒打掃乾淨，還是打掃完又有人進去過，總之要求再換一間。結果在大廳裏等了近15分鐘，要知道，前台就我們一家，看不到其他房客。最後總算解決了，從五樓搬到了四樓，一樣的房型。起碼前台服務人員態度還是很好的！來説説吃飯吧，真的是………要麼酒店中餐廳，要麼開車3公裡外有個小小的生活廣場，可以吃飯。中餐廳的味道是可以的，價格也不會便宜。還有早飯，我忍不住吐槽下，第一次碰到，説是把早餐送進房間。如果我一開始訂的是民宿，我能接受。可我貌似訂的不是民宿吧！好吧，總之它的富麗堂皇和它的配備，讓我心裏落差挺大的。如果不是嬉戲谷，住在這兒真的是折騰自己。好在這個房型還可以，當然價格也可以。
