臨時決定次日出發去常州恐龍園，基於親子兩大兩小，恐龍園附近，可以住宿當天遲點取消（因為帶小孩出行總怕會有變化）等等這些選擇條件，選擇了這家住宿酒店，。
1.除夕9號到12號，無人打掃，到店看到前台通知，實際會整理下床鋪，倒個垃圾，進房間會看到桌面等有灰塵。
2.一樓前台，住宿在二樓且僅有一層，無電梯，爬樓大約30-40層台階。
3.房屋內部設施齊全，空調是掛式，牆面有裂縫，電視機開的時候説沒信號，電話前台諮詢，要我們在旁邊櫃子裏找機頂盒點擊打開網絡。
4.晚上10點關燈睡覺後，正好遇到一羣回來的遊客，可能是住了多房，孩子在走廊打鬧聲音明顯，講話內容可聽見，比如有個小孩跑過來和他爸爸説，要他幫忙給姑姑開電視，還有小孩洗澡要家長洗頭等等。
5.樓下環境因為周圍小區衹此一家，旁邊衹一個蘭州拉麪館。
以上是客觀事實，以下是評判
1.春節假期並且基於我的選擇條件，我衹能選到這家，4-500多一晚的價格，對應這個環境個人覺得是相匹配的，並且有心理預期。不滿意也衹能是下次自己提前計劃出行，有更多的選擇。
2.周圍很安靜，吃飯不方便，如果喜歡住熱鬧的地方不是好選擇，不過我們選擇困難症，所以衹這家拉麪連吃三天也可以接受。
3.最大的問題是隔音，看到評價説隔音不好，沒想到如此不好，而且都是遊客假期遊園回來時間晚，所以遇見帶熊孩子不約束的家長，會需要忍耐很久，我們晚上9點回會和小孩説輕一點，隔音不好會吵到別人。次日起來，才突然發現門口縫隙很大，不知道隔音不好會不會有一小部分這個原因。
總結，臨時決定選擇這個價位住宿心理已有所預期，但就此次住店體驗的客觀評價為一星，它本身對於親子出遊不做推薦，對於個人商務出行不做高要求的，性價比還是可以的。

真心不錯，帶孩子住很不錯，房間還有電腦，投影儀影視，床很舒服，連一次性馬桶套都有，衹是有幾個建議，浴室噴頭有點不穩，被子有點厚，吹風機太小了，總體來説恐龍園附近的賓館的性價比很高了
