The room is fully equipped and quite big! And then there's the big bathtub! There are just a few sockets in the room!

There is only one camera in the hotel lobby, but there is no camera inside the elevator. I lost something. I wanted to turn on the surveillance to take a look. The front desk directly said that there is only one camera at the front desk, and it is facing the cashier. How can a hotel like this allow guests to check in with peace of mind. The hardware facilities are not up to par. Even if the service is better, it is understandable. Check-in and visitor registration are normal, but the contemptuous eyes and unfriendly tone of the front desk staff are really uncomfortable, and they have a condescending attitude. It's okay for you to give a negative review. You have a completely indifferent attitude. I hope the hotel can pay attention to it. 訂酒店時明確和前台説明，讓前台第二天早上自動退房，然後第二天上午11點前台打電話時問要不要續房，又明確説明不要續，讓退房，結果還是沒退，十二點後前台又打電話來問要不要退房，想問一下，酒店是沒有電話錄音或書面交接的麼？且之前收的按金沒有退回，第一次碰到這種事，對這酒店很無語
