服務：態度極度惡劣，跟誰欠她200塊錢似的。
環境：隔音差樓下説話聲音聽的一清二楚。
設施：老舊 房間天花板上有兩個大窟窿。
最主要的一點是：既然你們酒店在攜程上掛着閃住為什麼還要額外收取50塊錢的按金呢？而且前台大媽還各種狡辯，説什麼不是按金是房卡按金。我想問一下有區別嗎？還就這麼規定的！那你們收按金為什麼掛攜程閃住呢？！宰客？！欺詐？！消費者嗎？！最後打了攜程官方電話才解決。而且前台大媽還反過來裝無辜反問一句 啊 原來閃住裏面有按金啊？ *** 總之衝著那副嘴臉非常不建議大家入住！

有蟑螂，門上的保險是沒有的，門栓是壞的，蟑螂比較小沒拍，安全很沒保障，本來想換間房，到走廊上一看80%的門都沒有保險

衣服落在酒店 因為在車上不方便打電話 回家以後打電話問前台 打掃房間的阿姨説沒見過 😉衣服其實不值錢 但是這件是看演唱會穿的 我第一次去看演唱會 真的特別珍惜每一個我帶過去的見到過的 如果真的有見到請一定要告知我一聲 😭

酒店前台美女幫我免費升級了房間，感謝！酒店靠地鐵站很近，地鐵站（旅遊商貿學校站） 房間也很乾凈，整潔，設施齊全，比較新，比較值得推薦哦哦哦！
