Beautiful rooms, lots of attention to detail. Some items a little aged but nothing that would spoil the stay. Gym listed but couldn't locate one.

Wasn't expecting a windowless room to be so easy to fall asleep in, but it's an incredibly comfy experience to be shut off from the rest of the world without any pesky sun trying to wake you up. Gym is difficult to find and/or doesn't exist. Still had a great time!

I have stayed at room no 8611 which was undoubtedly a great experience. In addition to this, their suite decorations, amenities along with the way they illustrated the things were amazing. Most importantly, their complementary equipments and buffet breakfast were simply outstanding which same as the facilities I got within five star hotels. On top of that, their albums, brochures with the room about Changzhou was informative also parking was included within the package. I especially, like the location and their gesture towards the customer was really top notch. In a nutshell it’s really worth spending time. Thanks for the professional service and just keep it up.

Very satisfied. Although the furnishings are not very fashionable, they are clean and tidy. What I especially like is the sense of service. Because of my negligence in making the reservation for tomorrow, they could have refused to accommodate me. But when we arrived at the hotel at 11 o'clock in the evening, and all the standard rooms were full, the beautiful woman at the front desk repeatedly emphasized to me and her colleagues, "It's so late, we must find a way to let the guests stay first." I was particularly moved. Helped us upgrade the room type and add an extra bed, allowing me to successfully check in and have a good sleep. You can also order food at noon and have it delivered directly to your room. The food tastes particularly good and is of high quality and low price.

我們訂的房間雖然只有兩張早餐券，跟工作人員溝通了一下還是可以給小孩子打包一份早餐帶到房間裏。退房時服務枱還贈送了小禮物，整體入住感覺挺好，全家人都挺滿意的。
