People are friendly and helpful. Staff are responsive to requests. The breakfast provides a variety of choices. It is safe and clean in general.
The facilities need to be upgraded. However, the price is more reasonable, compared to the hotels in the neighbourhood.

週末去的，酒店服務非常好，早餐品類也非常多，性價比很高。今天天氣40度以上，服務員貼心的給汽車加了個遮陽罩，值得五星。

晚上入住，前台小姐姐服務熱情貼心，走廊，房間非常寬敞，床很大，非常適合帶孩子入住。床品舒適。停車位充足。還有孩子的拖鞋洗漱用品。早上退房時，前台還給了兩個孩子非常漂亮的禮物。出門遇到的工作人員幫拿行李，送客，笑臉相迎非常暖心。非常值得推薦。

酒店交通方便，靠着西太湖，有地下停車場，地上也不少車位。房間面積大，床也比較大，適合親子居住。酒店設施陳舊了，裝修風格也是老式酒店的，一開始安排的影院房，投影有問題無法觀看，還是換回了普通房，電視普遍有點小，房間裏是地毯，進去最好開窗透透氣。服務很好，特別表揚房務部的張怡佳，幫我們換房間拿行李，我們借雙人車時還很細心的幫我們檢查胎氣，小姑娘説話很温柔，服務態度真的很棒。對了，西太湖離得很近，太陽落山的時候出去騎一圈，湖風吹走了不少白天的熱氣。早餐品種多，同價位的酒店中還是值得推薦的。晚飯可以去規模很大的大學城夜市，十幾分鐘的車程，人間煙火氣。

住宿體驗不太好，床單有點臟，床頭沒有電，酒店修了半天沒修好，給拉了一個大插排，床頭的燈無法關掉，衹能亮着燈睡了一晚上。
第二天反饋給酒店，酒店給換了個套房，因為天氣潮濕的原因，房間有黴味，窗户也打不開，無法很好的換氣

雖然剛入住時有些小插曲，但值班人員優秀的服務態度及時解決了問題，1.5米的雙人床，可以帶着寶寶們入住還是比較推薦的，自助早餐品類多樣，吃得舒服。
