I really like this place, feel the nature and real relaxation. The facilities are complete. Although the location is far from other tourist attractions, but if you want to relax, I recommend this place. The room is beautiful and new. Suitable for families. I will definitely come back.

房間設施極差，配不上萬豪和五星的標準，一點都不值這個價！24年開業的，就一年的時間設施就壞了，門條掉落，淋浴漏水，晚上去洗手間差點滑倒！
枕頭也不舒服，一晚上都沒睡好。

一次讓人失望的旅行體驗，請問貴酒店的入住對象是？如果純商務就不要打着親子的幌子，如果是親子就請提高親子酒店的服務標準吧！國慶1100一晚的房間真實體驗如下！
1.預訂時備註要圍欄和寶寶用品是沒有用的，前台根本不會看，到現場後提出寶寶太小需要圍欄，被告知需要排隊而且前面已經排了好多人，看評價都提出圍欄難滿足説明對圍欄的需求是比較大的，前台經理回覆説：我們原來準備了20個，後來已經增加到30個40個了……抱歉實在難以滿足，後來強烈要求下也算幫忙給排隊解決了…200多個房間的酒店準備40個圍欄也足以説明酒店面向的服務對象並不是親子。
2.再來説隔音，房間裏面能聽到走廊説話走路的聲音，隔音差也許是很多酒店的通病，對聲音有要求的就不要選擇這個酒店了，是無法滿足安靜的睡眠環境的。酒店開關按鍵晚上刺眼到可以當夜燈了。
酒店的被子也是奇葩，又大又厚又重還吵，動一下整個被子嘩嘩響。枕頭的舒適度可想而知了，酒店提供蕎麥枕和乳膠枕，和圍欄一樣，需要排隊需要等安排哦～
3.訂的雙床房原本是想拼床可以讓寶寶睡中間，這家酒店的雙床是無法拼床的，中間牀頭櫃有連電線拆除有風險（酒店工作人員起先説可以拼，也有客人拼過，實際操作應該是防止有客人拼床從而加了電線夜燈到牀頭櫃導致無法移動電視櫃）
4.minibar東西少，咖啡機和冰桶這種看起來高端的配備有還不如沒有，還不如豐富minibar一些飲料，也許是浙江親子酒店太卷，很多標準已經提高。
5.有見過早餐很繁忙的酒店，還沒見過像貴酒店這樣吃早餐自助大排長隊的酒店。問原因，被告知裏面座位不夠，服務也跟不上所以要讓客人排隊在外面等…等裏面吃完一桌出來一桌再進去一桌…既然假期體量大為什麼不提前安排好管家做好提醒呢？
6.關於入住時間和退房時間，因為我們有帶小寶寶也有午睡習慣，想跟前台溝通延遲退房的問題，被明確拒絕，前台經理“工作認真負責”回覆我們因為今天酒店有活動安排無法延遲，必須要12點離開（入住時間卻是要求客人15:00後）經溝通後勉強給延遲到13:00，我們是前一天下午快14:00入住。也是有特殊情況想酒店通融一下。抱歉沒有希望，不管有沒有特殊情況，不要有任何會影響酒店工作安排的行為。
7.説萬怡是萬豪旗下，但是使用的洗漱用品是快捷酒店級別的，一樓行政酒廊區域白熊啤酒48一瓶，問為什麼這麼貴，服務人員回覆：因為我們是酒店。大廳往前走20米餐廳前面的精品店同樣是白熊啤酒28一瓶，敢情統一售價都不會？
綜上，貴酒店不適合親子型旅客，也不適合對服務對睡眠環境有要求的旅客。

環境挺好的，房間裝修味太重了，呆在裏面沒多久人就浮腫 頭暈 透不過氣 洗澡剛洗一會淋浴間花灑和噴頭就壞了 不出水 聯繫了來修 也沒修好 就走了 再聯繫前台 凌晨2點換房間 生理期凍着等了20分鐘 然後第二天感冒了………早餐豐富 挺好吃的

無錫自駕過去也就開車45分鐘左右 還是很方便的 路上也不是市區那種喧囂堵車的環境 駕車過去的心情就很不錯 雖然我們衹拿了兩個包 但是辦入住還是有小哥哥給我們拿行李 房間的陽台也棒 晚上和男朋友在陽台喝點小酒 聊聊天挺不錯的 酒店裡麪也很好出片 早餐也很好吃 和男朋友説了以後還會再來
