房間很乾凈沒有異味，通風很好，酒店免查房退房很快節省了很多時間，很方便，還有免費停車位，房間窗户很大光線很好，無線跟電視也很好用，房間裝潢是宋代的韻味，很舒適大堂很敞亮，前台很熱情，房間很乾凈。

首先在前台辦理入住的時候，想要居中一點的位置，當時前台告訴我衹有倒數第二間了，然後在去房間的過程中，又告知還有一間居中，就選擇那間居中的，入住後，發現門的防盜鏈也是壞的，小哥也及時來維修了，浴室的淋浴頭也是壞的，反饋了，隨便給扭了扭，就説好了，害得我被滋了一臉的水………早上打電話至前台問早餐多少錢一份，告知是20元，到前台付錢的時候，説是28元，給我打個折又變成了15元，被氣到了，也就沒買，後來免費送了一份，然後告知是前台交接沒交接好，推卸責任…….
