City Convenience Hotel (Changzhou Railway Station No.1 People's Hospital)

The room is reasonably priced, clean, tidy, spacious and bright, with good sound insulation. The shower is big and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, close to the high-speed rail station and scenic spots, very suitable for citywalk. The service of the lady at the front desk is warm and in place. I am very satisfied overall.

Very satisfying holiday accommodation 👍 The hotel is opposite the station directly connected to the train station, and it is an 8-minute walk from the subway station. This hotel is close to Changzhou Station, and it can be reached by bus in a few stops, so I booked it. However, the price-performance ratio is really not high, and the service is not good. The price increased during the Qingming Festival. I booked it on Ctrip for 268. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk introduced that the window of this room type is against the wall, so I wanted to upgrade the room and paid the difference of 20 yuan. I don’t know if it is normal, but the reason for giving a bad review is mainly due to the poor service of the hotel 1. After checking in at the front desk, I took the room card upstairs, but the room card could not be swiped to open the door. I used points on Ctrip to redeem a delayed check-out until 14 o'clock. When I came back from playing in the morning, the room card could not be swiped again at more than 13 o'clock. I asked and was told that I was overtime... 2. I used points on Ctrip to redeem a welcome fruit, but it was not delivered to me (I only found out when I wrote the review today) 3. There are too few types of breakfast, only cucumbers and tomatoes as fruits, and few staple foods. The coffee machine is still broken. I wanted to make a latte, but it was blocked after grinding the coffee. The latte was made into American coffee for me. The aunt inside saw what dialect I was speaking and didn’t understand it and didn’t deal with it 4. The hotel is marked as having a gym, but when I went there, there was only a treadmill, a spinning bike and a few yoga balls. I suggest that the gym be removed from the hotel description, or that some equipment be added. The upgraded room design, overall environment and hygiene are acceptable.
