花築.美林酒店真的非常棒！從入住到離開，整個過程都讓人感到舒適和愉快，退房時前台小姐姐還特意贈送2瓶礦泉水和核桃酥禮盒。另外房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，而且停車場非常大，停車位約有50個左右。酒店的服務也非常好，員工們都非常友好和熱情。早餐也非常豐富，有各種各樣的食物可以選擇。房間入住時還贈送香蕉和小番茄。詳情我們看照片啦！酒店離恐龍園3公里，酒店離常州文化廣場1.2公里，酒店離常州奧體中心800米，酒店離常州地質研究院就3層樓。還有酒店點外賣附近有家漿小白夜豆漿非常多好吃好喝的。

下高架橋很近就到酒店，首先看到的美林浴業，側面有個入口5樓就是前台，地鐵站步行10分鐘左右，房間很大，衞生很乾凈，入住送了水果，早餐的炒麪很好吃，退房還送了一盒桃酥，服務很熱情，下次去常州玩還會訂這裏

酒店房間很好，地理位置也很好，靠近恐龍園，靠近市區。裏面提供早餐，種類豐富多樣，味道也很棒。房間乾淨整潔，看起來很清爽，空間也很大，不顯得擁擠壓抑。房間裏面設施也很齊全，電動沙發，智能窗簾，小米電視，智能燈，智能馬桶，可以説裏面的設施在同價格區間已經是上流了。電視也很大，兩臂的寬度。床睡起來也很舒服，1.8m的軟軟的床，乾淨潔白。衞生間智能馬桶，還有一面非常大的鏡子，大到超乎你想象。洗浴用品都是那種一次性小瓶的，看起來很高檔，也很衞生，不會出現公用大瓶的情況。房間裏面還有茶壺，可以泡茶。還非常貼心的提供了耳塞。空調有兩個，一箇中央空調，一個掛式空調。住下來的整體感受還是非常棒的，住起來很温馨，下次還來這邊住。

實體和圖片一樣一樣的，房間乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，奢而不華，簡而不凡，設施齊全而且是智能馬桶，網速也快，隔音效果好，服務非常周到，性價比非常高，住着非常舒服也非常安全，出行也非常方便，連住五天四晚，看演唱會，酒店離奧體中心不到600米，出門在外這裏真的是不錯的選擇，線下辦理入住會有驚喜哦

最差的是服務人員居然會開錯門
睡到中午十一點左右，在前台沒有打房間電話、手機電話、微信電話的情況下，房間門居然被打開了，在睡夢中被嚇醒，體驗感是真的差到極致。前台衹做了解釋，説是因為晚上換房房態沒改，客房不知道，那你們的工作做到哪裡去了？交接到哪裡去了？連不好意思都不會説，也沒有任何補償。。。。。
會員權益裏的歡迎水果不要選了，就解釋個現在沒有了，平台沒有下架，也沒有其他替代的東西。
服務：前台服務很差，可以説是沒有看到任何服務，沒有問好，甚至都不站起來和你説話，兩個人衹坐着，訂的含雙早的也不作提醒
衞生：換房後的房間床上有兩根毛髮，衞生間甚至少一條毛巾，不查房的嗎？
環境：早餐連桌子都沒有人打掃，品種也是少到可憐，前台也衹顧着坐在床上玩手機了
