Sunny hotel

The room was great. Each themed room was different. We stayed for two days in two themed rooms. The rooms were fun, clean, and the service was excellent. The room had a washing machine, refrigerator, and kitchenette. I also booked a car to pick me up and drop me off. The owner was very nice and drove right to the station. We didn't have to walk too far. We could get on the car right after we got out of the station. It's very close to the Dinosaur Park, just across the road. Highly recommended. Very 👍🏻

The customer service phone service attitude is very poor. The hotel does not have a front desk, so be careful if you are not good at using mobile phones. I received a call from the front desk asking for registration information before I checked in. After playing for a day, I took my children to check in. I couldn't find the front desk. I made a phone call and after a while, I unlocked the Bluetooth and entered the room. The customer service tone was unfriendly. Overall, the experience was not good. The room design was okay, but the hygiene was average and the stairs were very narrow. Carrying the box up was difficult.

The children are so anxious that they only scratch their heads. Everything else is fine.
