Overall, it’s not bad. I didn’t notice it here before. The same price is more comfortable than other hotels I stayed in Changzhou.
The overall environment is clean and comfortable. Although there was a little episode in this stay, the hotel was solved after the pain of communication.
However, the hot water temperature of this bath is really not easy to control, it is cold and hot

The hotel is quiet and pleasant, suitable for rest and relaxation, and the front desk lady is also very nice and welcoming. The variety of breakfast is not comparable to the hotel, but it is also nutritious, with porridge, soy milk, eggs and so on. The hotel is in a prime location with complete surrounding facilities, including restaurants, fruit shops, etc. The parking lot is a little insufficient. If you go late, you have to park in front of other people's cars. The breakfast is simple, but there is sufficient supply of freshly ground coffee, noodles, and fresh fruits. There are apples and drinking water at the front desk. The overall feeling is good. The downside is that the air conditioner in the room I stayed in could not heat up at night. After the waiter re-adjusted it the next morning, it could heat normally.

Stayed in a hotel near the scenic spot for one night. The parent-child room was very childlike. Wilson Liu was enthusiastic in handling the matter. The children's facilities were very complete and the details were very good. The children loved it very much. I will choose this hotel again next time. MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

GGuest UserThe hotel is newly opened, very clean and tidy inside, the whole house is intelligent, you can control the air conditioner, TV, curtains, lights by calling Xiaodu Xiaodu, it is very modern, and there is also a smart toilet, which is very surprising. The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic, and she also helped me make an appointment for free airport transfer. The front desk lady said that free pick-up and drop-off are available 24 hours a day. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

NNicoleneOverall the stay wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. I just wanted to say that the staff are amazing, super helpful and assisted when they could but I did have to ask for help often. The pool is basically still water as it doesn’t have a filter , so there was algae in it, which isn’t great.. the bath was broken but they said people don’t use them, my friend and I wanted to use it as that’s why we booked this hotel so we ended up fixing it ourselves. Lunch and dinner options were limited and they don’t really have a cook most the time. You call get a didi to the hotel but you they won’t pick you up there unless you prebook, the hotel can give you a contact for a driver and he’s amazing and willing to work for a full day with out worry, his prices are low and he even spoke to people when we needed tickets to attractions so we didn’t have to use a translator app. Overall the stay was lovely, but it’s not ideal if you want to travel around.

Uusha pThis hotel had a good location near to the main road and a five minute walk to a popular shopping centres 🏬, Coco city. The service at the front desk was very efficient and generally friendly. Good lighting throughout throughout the room and lots of seating.The room was spacious, but not very clean. The bathroom countertops had dried toothpaste stuck on there from previous guests, the bathroom and toilet smelled of urine. Though we asked for a non smoking room, the the room reeked of cigarette smoke everywhere, the bed , the pillows, towels , even after leaving the hotel our belongings, clothes and hair smelled of cigarette smoke.
The AC air quality was very low. It is winter season and the heating of the room was very insufficient, and the air from the ac smelt of strong cigarette smoke . At night, though it was cold we had to turn of the ac because the smell was too much. Early in the morning the were loud noises about disrupting our rest. The price was good but I wouldn’t return because the poor environment. If you don’t mind cigarette smoke and uncleanliness then this place would be suitable for you.

Hygiene: After staying for a few nights, I will do a good job of hygiene every day, change new towels, supplement toilet paper and toothbrushes.
Environment: Sleep quietly at night, pillows have different softness options. It is about ten minutes walk from the subway station and not far from the large shopping mall.
Service: I originally booked a triple room, but in maintenance, we changed a very good large suite, and a double standard room, no extra charge. Four bottles of mineral water will be added every day, and the service is very good.
