I never experienced Service like this room with lots of smoke, although it was promised that this was not the case. After some blood on the bed because of a nose failure, we had to pay extra to have it cleaned. The hotel was terrible, no bar, no restaurant, spend one hour rooms to change rooms and a room without smoke, we did not get any help with our luggage. I think it’s clear this place cannot be recommended

Worst experience in a star hotel,
Facilities: I almost froze to death. The room temperature was 19 degrees. The more I turned on the air conditioner, the colder it became. I called the front desk and found out that the air conditioner was not heating. I sent an electric heater, but it was still broken. I was speechless. I caught a cold the next day. After finishing the work, I checked out in the evening and directly changed to the hotel. If I stayed longer, I would be sick. Finally, I talked about breakfast. Maybe the hotel occupancy rate was not high. Breakfast is not a restaurant, but a gift to the room. It’s up to you whether you like it or not. The fruit is sour. Throw it away! Other environmental sanitation is still OK

The room is spacious and well-planned. Breakfast is delivered to the room. We arrived a little late on the day of check-in. The hotel restaurant staff was very helpful. They not only cooked dinner for us, but also heated up the food for customers. A big thumbs up!!!
