一直對華住旗下挺放心的，選擇了星程酒店，酒店服務感覺一般，可能是大晚上工作人員有點累了，我們晚上入住的，酒店一進門一股潮濕的味道，諮詢換房前台告知標間衹有這邊的，第一次過山西289元的酒店應該不算便宜吧，入睡有一衹蜈蚣，我真的炸毛了，再也不會住了，山西很好，酒店真不行…

餐廳服務周到，服務員美麗大方，餐品味道很好。前台服務員服務一般，有一個服務員態度冷漠，事不關己，願者上鈎，影響整體感受。剛進房間發現床單上有污漬，聯繫前台更換，之後餐廳還送來果盤，小姐姐服務很好。

體驗感超棒！一到酒店，前台的工作人員特別熱情，很快就幫我辦好入住，房間乾淨又整潔，床很舒服，晚上睡得超香。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品也都齊全。房間隔音效果不錯，完全沒被外面的聲音打擾。酒店位置特別好，周邊吃飯、買東西都很方便，離景點也近，出行打車或者坐公交都很便利。早餐種類挺豐富，中西餐都有，味道也不錯。整體性價比很高，以後來長治肯定還住這兒，推薦給大家！

這家酒店真不錯！前台小姑娘特別熱心，辦理入住快，還主動告訴我們附近哪有好吃的。房間挺乾淨，床睡得舒服，洗澡水熱得也快。第二天退房時有點趕時間，她們還幫忙看了下行李，特別方便。整體感覺很貼心，像在家裡一樣自在，下次來還住這！

這次入住體驗遠超預期，必須給這家酒店一個大大的贊！位置特別方便，離高鐵站很近，附近海友淮海小吃街，步行幾分鐘，周邊吃飯、購物都很便利。大堂寬敞明亮，裝修簡約又不失格調，讓人一進門就覺得放鬆。
房間乾淨整潔得讓人驚喜，地板光腳踩上去都沒問題，床品柔軟舒適，枕頭高度剛好，一夜睡得很好
