房間很乾凈，大床特舒服，馬桶是加熱的，電視背景牆有特色很漂亮。現代化的酒店。
剛登記酒店主動升級了房間，服務非常熱情。
早餐很豐富，中餐西餐都有，餐具也很漂亮。

非常差。前台推銷辦卡，被拒絕以後給了一個天花板漏水的客房，要求換房間以後，前台説不可能漏水。再次要求以後，前台又故意給了一個有巨大噪音的房間。衹能再次要求換房間，換了以後又發現床單有污漬，衞生狀況堪憂。前後入住花了兩個小時，客房都在走廊盡頭，搬行李走了很久。前台服務態度也很差，一會兒説會找經理反饋處理，一會兒又説跟他説就行。

這次入住體驗遠超預期，從進門到退房全程都很舒心！首先衞生做得特別到位，房間裏床單被罩潔白無污漬，衞生間乾濕分離乾淨無異味，連桌面、窗台這些細節都沒有灰塵，讓人住得很放心。
服務更是貼心，前台辦理入住時主動介紹周邊交通和美食，還幫忙升級了高樓層的房間，視野更開闊。中途想借個充電器，客房服務幾分鐘就送到了，態度特別好。另外，酒店設施很實用，床墊軟硬適中，晚上睡得很安穩，空調噪音小，衞浴熱水充足且水温穩定。
