we went to changzhi to see some temples and historical sights. The hotel is perfect, the location is great. It's clean, new, affordable, has a decent gym and washing machines and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was good good too and they have a coffee bar at the entrance.. Would recommend for anyone coming to changzhi.

There was a sewer smell in the room and there was a floor drain under the washbasin. There is no separation from the room. It was suggested that after cleaning the dirt in the sink drain, the smell was reduced. Other services are good. There was only one person working at the front desk in the afternoon, and it was obvious that the service was unsatisfactory. There are still many guests. The breakfast was delicious and the service was satisfactory.

The twin room was on the first floor. The windows were very small and looked very dark. Moreover, the plane was extremely noisy and flew until 11:30 at night. This was not an ordinary roaring sound. 房間非常整潔，地理位置臨近萬達非常方便，附近吃的美食也挺多的，我們是帶着毛孩子入住的，入住時候付款300元按金退房後沒問題原路退款，選擇了包含雙早的大床房，早餐品類雖然不能説多豐富但非常足夠了，味道也非常不錯，所有人的服務也挺熱情，特別是前台幾位小姐姐都挺熱情的，點贊哦。距離通天峽驅車1小時到達，觀音堂10分鐘吧，有自己的停車場，入住的客人也夠停了，電車充電樁的話可以導航附近的蔚來充電點，驅車3-5分鐘就到很近，整體值得五星好評。太推薦益禾堂了，哈哈哈便宜好喝哈哈

這次入住體驗真的超出預期，入住當天因為工作應酬喝多了，到了酒店比較晚，辦完入住以後就在沙發上坐着想緩緩，前台看我喝多了專門幫我沖了蜂蜜水解酒，還詢問需不需要保安大叔送我回房間，服務特別貼心，第二天退房的時候正巧碰上下雨，因為打的車已經到門口了，想着就幾步路跑過去就行，前台看到我準備出去，立馬拿傘過來説可以送我出去，傘特別大感覺應該是專門準備用來這種情況幫客人撐傘的，太周到了，給酒店的服務點贊！！

酒店的優點：前台員工很熱情，早餐的牛肉麪好吃，提供現做咖啡也是加分項
缺點：作為中高端酒店，早餐菜品數量太少了，房間內牆體明顯有臟的痕跡，機頂盒線路都是露出來的顯得很凌亂，房間內燈控不合理，不能衹開洗手枱那一路燈
最致命的一點：離高鐵軌道太近了，早上七點開始就有很大的噪音
