地處鋼城中心地帶，是比較老舊的賓館，設施和服務都很成熟，有贈送洗浴門票。隔壁是派出所，樓下是餐飲店，有家“餄餎劉”的什麼什麼小炒肉和香菇餄餎麪特別特別好吃，米飯不咋地。晚上旁邊有跳廣場舞的，21點多會結束，倒也不影響休息。

停車方便，有電梯，老國營企業的底子，雖然毛巾看着舊了點兒，但是洗的很乾凈。淋浴的水很熱，洗澡很舒服。長治，一個讓人懷舊的城市。
