該酒店地理位置優越，就在長治客運中心對面，出差坐車很方便。內部設施就是以前如家的風格。早餐吃的不如前幾年好了，不過帶早餐還是很方便的。整體還可以！

服務態度還可以，就是設施跟不上，房間老化，讀卡器那就估計老化了，大晚上一直斷電。早餐也不太行，八點半去的時候已經什麼都沒有的，啥都是空的，就吃了兩塊餅就出來了，估計是五一人多的原因，但是酒店應該提前考慮到的。

除了還算乾淨，交通方便，其他都不滿意，房間舊，淋浴🚿有問題，水小，衞生間燈亂閃，説是不吵，其實亂哄哄，有設備聲音吵，其實就是原來的如家，價格卻不算便宜

長治客運西站怡萊酒店，説老實話衞生非常一般，就感覺不乾淨的樣子，我還第一次看到酒店，用兩個飲料瓶來裝，洗髮液和洗澡液的！
