設施：也許因為開業時間較長吧，有很多設施其實都有點老化了，不過衞生間裏面居然配備了凈水器，住了這麼多次酒店，從五星國際連鎖到三星經濟，第一次在酒店衞生間裏看到有這項設施，真的太貼心了。大堂還有免費的水吧，咖啡機、花茶、熱水、電腦都有
衞生：雖然設施有點老化，但是房間的衞生還是做的不錯的，起碼到合格水平了，住起來不會有特別臟的感覺
環境：酒店位於市中心附近，附近就有很多餐廳
服務：總的來説服務還是不錯的，辦入住的時候還沒來得及向前台説兩間房間想挨在一起的之前前台就幫我們辦到一起了，剛進酒店停車場保安就指揮車到停車位了。但就是感覺前台可能反應有點慢，在本來房間的吹風機壞了，跟前台打電話説要換一個之後很久都沒人來換，於是我們決定先出去吃飯。到了前台之後跟前台説讓客房部的人把吹風機放到前台，一會我們回來了就自己拿上樓，可前台居然説已經派人送上去了，讓我們先上樓去拿，拿完了再出去。最後交涉了好幾次，前台都堅持讓我們回房間拿完吹風機再出去，我們衹好先上樓拿吹風機了。幸好剛進電梯就碰見了客房部的人，跟客房部的人説了一下情況之後人家直接讓我們先出去，他把吹風機放到前 台，等我們回來之後直接從前台拿就好了。
