酒店很新，周圍環境不錯，然而專門預訂的 高級景觀大床房 住進去沒10分鐘就被迫換到家庭房了，因為一直有水流聲嘩啦嘩啦響個不停。
早餐時被告知 星程一碗麪🍜 吃不上，因為沒有面了！山西的酒店居然沒有面了！
不過前台小姐姐們服務都很贊，更換房間後一直在誠懇致歉。負責早餐服務的小哥也裝了香蕉和酸奶給我，非常感謝！
總體而言還是好評的，服務人員都不容易。

房間還算不錯，枕頭舒服，服務人員也很熱情，停車比較方便，五一期間入住，房卡不夠衹給一張但是上下樓梯需要刷卡很不方便，而且竟然沒有配備潤膚露，與五一期間暴漲的房費不搭。

長治旅行四天，在這家酒店連住了4個晚上，新開的非常乾淨，前台接待也非常有禮貌熱情，自助早餐也比較豐盛，房間的裝修設計幾乎跟全季一模一樣，很像我上次在河北邯鄲峯峯礦區住的那個全季酒店，還是很有親切感的。酒店本身比較安靜，因為在一個公園旁邊，早上就會有廣播和跳廣場舞的聲意。另外，熱水不太好，還有樓道里因為是有有地暖供應之後，裝修的氣味全出來了。但是房間裏面還比較好，在城南，性價比很不錯，真實旅行測評

酒店很乾凈，房間大，浴室和衞生間分開的，都超大。
床和枕頭不是那種特別軟的，比較舒服。
早餐豐富，雞湯麪是手擀麪，很好吃。
前台小姑娘很熱情，主動引導非常專業，一杯熱茶讓寒冷的雪夜很温暖！

帶孩子來山西旅行，這個酒店是新開的，環境衞生都很好，服務也很周到。晚上把孩子衣服洗了。第2天可以接着穿。因為是過年期間還特意給我們煮了餃子。

房間乾淨舒適👍樓層服務員態度超好👍來了朋友房間水不夠，給前台打電話機囂人兩分鐘就送上來了，由於着急退房忘拍照片了，值得再次入住。
