酒店環境很好，交通方便，步行商業廣場15分鐘。設施齊全，很新無異味。雖然辦理入住時間較晚，但是娜娜和慧慧接待很熱情。大床房户型有獨立衣帽間，衞浴乾濕分離，浴缸配有一次性泡澡袋乾淨衞生。出差及旅遊可選。

房間整潔乾淨，前台服務人員非常認真，早餐菜品也非常新鮮，味道也很好。機器人上門送洗漱用品很便捷迅速。整個大廳充滿古色古香的氣息。總之是一次很好的住宿體驗。

春節入住，感覺很温暖，進入大廳挺震撼。前台工作人員顏值高，態度特別好，後來知道是店長，職業素養真的棒，給人如沐春風的感覺。早餐種類也不錯，有我喜歡的大米粥和米線。有孩子喜歡的古城酸奶。還有書法，剪紙，棉花糖等手工，氛圍感拉滿。房間熱水一秒熱，絕了。暖氣很足，穿短袖就行。開業不久，毛巾啥的都很新，乾淨。比長治的同級別酒店都要好，下次來一定再住。
