This hotel is at very good location most of my suppliers are around here! All of my suppliers know this hotel 🏨!
The staff is friendly and hotel is clean and quiet!
Laundry room is Ok! Could improve a little!
I missed the breakfast 🥞 because the room was too nice to leave 🥰!

The local temperature in Changyuan has made people wear short-sleeves. The air conditioner in the room cannot be adjusted to the cooling mode. It is still in the heating mode. I called the front desk and said that the air conditioner was not fully turned on. It was turned on in batches. The staff came and pressed the button. After a few clicks of the mode button, the cooling mode was brought up, but in fact it was still natural wind. It should be because the entire hotel was not air-conditioned.
Based on this, give a negative review to the hotel service.

Forgot to bring your Apple charger? Please call the hotel front desk to borrow it.
I was very politely told that the hotel does not have data cables to borrow, but there are power banks on the first floor (for a fee) that can be borrowed.
From the perspective of a guest, one would instinctively deduce that does such a large hotel need to obtain operating profits from this kind of paid power bank?
The service level experience given to the check-in was very poor.
