衞生間的門是壞的，空調也是一個晚上都不熱，電視不能看，沒有無線網絡，床單被罩都黑的，很臟，窗户是半封閉的小窗，除了有熱水，房間新裝修以外，體驗最差的一次，本來預訂是大床房，由於網上訂的，過來讓交錢升級標間，我不同意，還説什麼這是給我升級到了一百多的房間。太差了，平時在外面住五十也沒這麼差

一切比較差，1、空調不能用，打開一點不熱，花了錢買個挨凍，無法入睡，冷啊。服務員強詞奪理，還理由百般。2、衞生極差，房間灰多，牆皮脱落，洗手間面盆快塌掉了，危險，用桌子頂着。3、入住時有跳單行為，就是我在網上定好的，前台服務員説讓我退了，讓我線下付款，這是嚴重違規違紀行為。
