住過很多的酒店，這一家很温暖！幾年來也住過好幾次。酒店很乾凈、整潔，舒適！在清江邊，環境也很美。餐廳、客房服務員服務很熱情細心，細節上很人性化。從服務人員的工作狀態能看到管理者的素質。感謝酒店的楊總。細節見素質，言語亦温暖。

房間挺好，位置很差。號稱是清江古城，跟出租車師傅聊天，實際是十幾年前沒開發起來的仿古城，距離縣城又有點距離，不是太方便。

入住的比較晚了，地理位置在景區附近，很不錯，房間也比較乾淨整潔，下次可以去附近玩玩，因為到的時候已經夜裡了，所以沒有服務一説。

酒店非常大氣上檔次，免費停車場很大，房間乾淨整潔，入住很舒服，前台服務熱情，酒店就在江邊，可以在江邊的清水平台散步。性價比超高，非常不錯👍

酒店停車很方便，有很大停車場，免費哦。
床品乾淨，就是有點煙味。
周圍空氣好，就在清江邊，晚上可以江邊漫步。
吃飯要到對面吃。開車幾分鐘吧。

酒店很高大上，免費停車場很大，沿江，風景很美，二樓就有餐廳，很方便，服務也很熱情，到的晚，不知道怎麼上橋，服務員小姐姐還專門開車岀來接我們，真的很贊，如果酒店能體現出土家族的特色風情就更讚了👍
