The restaurant waiters seemed to be poorly trained. I encountered them two or three times. They didn't know how to use the various coupons. The afternoon tea set was also missing something, at least the salmon tartare was missing. Because the hot spring was not open, there were also some unclear points about the use of the compensation meal coupons. But the attitudes are all very good, and you will also meet people who are eager to introduce the special features of breakfast. The room attendants and cleaners in the public areas will pay special attention and pause the machines to wait when guests pass by. Facilities: The air conditioning in the room is OK, but the restaurant and public areas are a bit cold. I guess there are not many people now, so to save energy, the central air conditioning is not turned on. The toilet is smart and has many functions. The hair dryer is a Dyson and there is a capsule coffee machine. The shower room and basin make strange noises after use. I live in Building 2. Food and Beverage: There are not many types of breakfast, but the special features are the Wumi Rice and Changxing Dry Noodles that you can make yourself. Chinese food, cold dishes are good, the taste is OK, but a bit salty for me.
