Hotels in Taihu National Tourism Resort/Taihu Lake Longemont Paradise, Huzhou

I booked a Sun Rise Lake View King Room with a balcony overlooking Taihu Lake. Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded me to a suite on the 21st floor, which was a lovely surprise and made me feel immediately welcome. Both the hotel butler and front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, professional, and attentive, explaining all necessary details thoroughly. The hotel's environment is quite pleasant, offering stunning panoramic views of South Taihu Lake. The decor is modern and stylish, and it's equipped with smart home technology. However, a significant drawback is that many of the soft furnishings are already showing signs of wear, with some leather items beginning to peel. The hotel's management also needs substantial improvement. For instance, parking (both surface and underground) requires better organization. Personally, I had to circle the underground parking lot multiple times looking for a spot. For a hotel positioned as high-end, the management seems to be falling short of expectations. The morning buffet service was similarly underwhelming. The variety of dishes was quite standard, and perhaps due to the large number of guests, it felt chaotic and noisy. I even experienced getting stuck in the elevator briefly, which suggests that routine maintenance isn't quite keeping up. Overall, my stay experience was not ideal. For anyone hoping to catch the Taihu sunrise, be sure to book a room in the Emerald Building; the Crystal Tower faces inwards, so please bear that in mind. Generally speaking, it's alright, but for a high-end hotel, significant improvements are needed in service and management details to truly live up to its reputation.

This hotel is not at all foreigner-friendly. Since I am vegetarian, I asked the restaurant to serve me something of my choice (which was included in my booking), but they refrained to do so, and even when I asked them to just give me salad, they charged me extra for that. I also asked if they could make me french fries, which is simple, but they didn't care and didn't provide me. The staff also guaranteed me to provide during breakfast, but the chef denied it. The food was not at all good. I booked it at the hotel so i don't have to go out in search of meal in different city but Not happy after paying so much.

Bring the kids to see the animals and watch the fireworks in Taihu Ancient Town. Staying at the Animal World Hotel was a great experience. The housekeeper Xiaoyi was super nice and patient. He introduced the hotel very clearly, communicated in time to solve the parking and zoo admission problems, and helped with free late check-out. It was great! It's a pity that the hotel playground was not open. While waiting for the swimming pool to open, the kids got a little bored.

The location of this hotel is superb, close to Taihu Lake, with a good environment and convenient parking. The facilities in the room are also quite complete, and the bed is very soft and comfortable. The service attitude of the waiters is also very good, especially the front desk Xiao Cai is very enthusiastic to help solve problems. There are shopping centers and markets near the hotel, which are very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. There are all kinds of snacks next to it, which is economical and suitable for travel and business trips. In short, this accommodation experience is superb, and I recommend it to my friends to try it.

Stayed for 2 days and was quite satisfied. It is a state guesthouse, so the environment is beautiful, and it is the best location to appreciate the Moon Hotel. The housekeeper Xiao Wang has a good service attitude. He will take the initiative to ask if there is anything needed every day, and also introduce the projects of Dragon Dream Park in detail. The driver of the hotel battery car is very nice and took us to Taihu Tower to see the scenery. The level of travel photography in the hotel is good, and the relatives are very satisfied. The hotel is not far from Dragon Dream Park. The zoo, the big circus, and the ancient town are all very fun, and the two performances are also very exciting. Let me talk about some minor flaws. The breakfast is not very rich, the taste is relatively ordinary, and there is no freshly squeezed juice. The small wontons and pan-fried buns are not bad. The three large bottles in the bathroom are stuck in the wall and cannot be pressed. The countertop and the bridle are too far away from people and are inconvenient. The red and blue marks of hot and cold water on them are only the size of rice grains, and the elderly cannot see them clearly. Overall, it is quite good and I will come again if I have the chance.

The room is very big, with three floors. There is a spa room, a mahjong room, and a private outdoor hot spring. It was windy that day, so I contacted the housekeeper and someone came to clean up the leaves immediately. I would like to give a special mention to my housekeeper Tina. I have stayed in many five-star suites or villas at home and abroad. I think Tina's service is the most professional and attentive. In addition to the basics, she also sent me all the travel guides in Huzhou. The guides are very detailed, including scenic spot guide maps and performance times. Because of this, this trip to Huzhou was very pleasant and trouble-free. I also left something there and she sent it to me as soon as possible.

The taste in the villa hotel room is fresh, warm, and private. The birds and flowers are fragrant and the green plants are dense. The housekeeper is very thoughtful. Especially Li Yuanxuan, the butler, has a gentlemanly manner. Feeling with people is a very high-quality person. In short, it is recommended to travel and vacation preferred hotel. I will definitely come to the Villa Hotel next time I come to Huzhou. It is a holy place to punch in.

We had a pleasant and a wonderful stay at Longemont. Great view of the fireworks from our room. Xiao Wei helped us right from the check in. As we don't speak Chinese, Xiao Wei faciliated communication through we chat and promptly addressed all our queries to complete satisfaction. He also provided valuable suggestions during the stay to use our time productively as we stayed at the hotel only for a night. Hotel is Highly recommended for stay.

The hotel is located in the mountains, winding up, with a cool breeze. Although it is a little inconvenient to travel, a shuttle bus is provided, and the service is very considerate. The room has a small balcony facing the lake view with a wide view. In addition, the hotel is also very close to Moon Bay. It is very pleasant to take a walk. If there is a chance, I will choose to drive here.

The hotel is nicely positioned at the seaside of TaiHu in Huzhou. We went there to enjoy the hot spring pools during the recent cold wave in Shanghai. In winter time you won’t find many restaurants nearby the hotel but the hotel restaurant is nice as well. The breakfast is okay but focusses on Chinese guests. Unfortunately some of the hot spring pools were closed during our stay but the remaining pools were nice and during the whole time the hotel wasn’t crowded, so we found enough pools for ourselves. It’s a good place for nice 1-2 nights stay.
